Hoax video? We had clear blue skies and sunshine in Dublin all day and it looks cloudy here

It looks like its the contrast in the video. The 'white' sky turns blue towards the end of the video.

    Could you cycle?

No unfortunately not. I'm living outside of Dublin so it's bus Eireann for me. When I lived in Dublin I used to cycle to work. I'd give anything to be in that position again. Luckily enough though I heard the buses are almost empty. It's work where I'll be around loads of people

Not ideal but they aren't on top of each other. Not 2m but there is gaps

My take on it for what it is worth. This is completely non essential for the majority there. No need to be going there In the first place. ****in cook at home or get a drive through Mac Donalds. Jesus why are so selfish and shortsighted. Ya there is a chance that they won't get it and and won't pass it on to someone who later dies but why oh why would you take the chance. Over a bloody bag of chips.

Will the recovered or those with antibodies be encouraged to volunteer?

Good question. With no vaccine on the horizon, these people may be very important.

They would be a lot closer together if it was taken any other day I would think.

Testing everybody should be our goal too. This and only this will give us the info we need to stop this . They're was some gob****e on the radio Friday who claimed his company can test and return the result in 10 minutes. Wanted €120 per test.

Do you guys reckon that if you're over a certain age or have underlying conditions you're pretty much guaranteed a hospital stay? Is this a stupid question?

Dr. Ciara Kelly is at home, she has asthma

We laugh at the Darwin awards play on survival of the fittest, I think this one will be survival of the smartest.

I should of been clearer it's not the bus I'm worried about it's being in work. I'm in an office but there's loads of us in there. I heard they are doing social distancing though so hopefully it's ok. I'm just a worrier. Sorry for the small rant and my own personal stupid woes.

Italy first case Jan 31, by Feb 28 they had 650 cases so 28 days.

Ireland first case Feb 29 today we 906 cases so that's 22 days .

    This is really frightening .

Although their first case was on the 31st of January they only had 3 up until the 21st of February! Then it increased to 20 and increased rapidly after that. Our figures are not increasing at the rate of Italy at all if you look at it that way!

What's the point in testing for the sake of it. Leave if to people with symptoms and the contact tracing.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel in quarantine at home after a doctor who gave her prophylactic vaccinations on Friday has tested positive for the coronavirus

its infuriating when you see scenes as we have all seen on social media today , we are in the middle of a global pandemic and some irish people are not taking this seriously, we have had all the warning and seen the images of devastation from around the world, it boils down to personal responsibility, and this thing of oh well its only a bad flue is the greatest load of nonsense

People aren't blind. They have seen the videos of all the coffins lined up in Italy and still refuse to believe it's happening. I am starting to think we need martial law. I would have no qualms with someone who refuses to obey self distancing and self isolating having the absolute living shít beat out of them and ****ed in jail. You put my life and my family's life in unnecessary danger as well as the old and vulnerable you deserve everything you get. Fúcking scumbags.
