I dislike your racist policy but I support a socialist party?.

What people are essentyially saying here.

But again: what exactly is the ideal you are stating here? How far from center to the right do you mean? What parites - that poll and score well - exist in other countries do you feel are lacking here?

Because if you can't answer that and you don't know yourself, it's even harder for us to gauge!

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

So a right wing party to me be like France's National Rally.

We need an Irish Marie Le Pen.

For example not afraid to point out African immigrants raping Irish women, like the girl who was held down and gang raped in Donegal in November. 1 just 1 media outlet reported it!.

Jean-Marie Le Pen. Father. Marine Le Pen is the daughter. At least get your hero’s name right.

We have many people vying to be the Irish Marine la Pen. They got less than 1% of the vote.

    they/them/theirs

People don't understand throwing drinks on someone is a form of assault just like an attack or rape.

What's ironic is attacking someone for being a Nationalist yet supporting Sinn Fein.

(however Sinn Fein sold out a long time ago)

I mean really how stupid can one be?.

I dislike your Nationalist policy but I support a Nationalist party?.

I consider the following as not realistic candidates: Irish National Party/Irexit/etc., they are not an alternative.

What we need is FG to regain its status as a centre-right party, with the following attributes:

less of the SJW / woke / identity politics crap
reform income tax so that people on average wage 37k don't face the top MTR
reform welfare to encourage non-workers to work
drive down the costs of living
always put workers first in terms of housing / social benefits, etc.

FG will never do that until it faces a serious challenge to its right.

Well everyone on planet Earth refers to her as Marie Le Pen so it will do me!.

    Hero LOL.

That Antifa balaclava get itchy at times?.

Lost what I didn't run in the GE. :P

I do believe a proper right wing Irish Marie le Pen type clean up with votes in this country.

People are sick of their taxes going on economic migrants while Irish folk die on the street.

Brian is a mod of fitness not CA or after hours. One of the mods on CA is a (former?) Thatcherite as far as I'm aware. Hardly a supporter of anti-fa.

A thing or three for you. I mod the fitness forum, it's pretty politically neutral. Unless you get into the politics of crossfit.

I don't support Antifa, but i am definitely anti fascist.

Why the all caps? It looks silly.

and yet immigration was only an issue for 1% of the electorate in the recent election.

and yet immigration was only an issue for 1% of the electorate in the recent election.

And the people who ran exclusively on the immigration issue, like the National Party and Gems crew, got an average of, yep, 1% of the vote.

Its almost like the two are linked....

Well, actually less than 1%. Laughable. Pathetic. Embarrassing.

Can I ask you why you support an organisation that attacks young children on the streets of Dublin?.
    How is that anti-fascist?

That's the rights problem particularly FG - they blame everyone else including migrants.

Incapable of looking at themselves and bettering themselves.

    Narcissistic self entitled toffs.

In fact they deflect the blame of pilfering the country's money by defelcting - it's unbeleivable what they have gotten away with up to this point.

That's pretty much what was in offer and it got hammered. Dressing it up like she slightly not-as-far-right as far right doesn't change things: the issues simply weren't as important to 98% of the voters. Your question now should be: why not?

So the answer to your question is: no party exists better the electorate won't support it.

Can't comment on the alleged incident without more info and a link to substantiate it, so I'm not taking that into account

Alleged incident?. Please don't make fun/light of a girl being raped it's not alleged it's fact, found guilty with their DNA all over her.

There's the link to the story of the girl being raped.

One provision of this that would be a major benefit would be employment insurance. Basically if you get laid off (anything other than misconduct or quitting) you get about 2/3rds of what you were earnings, for a set period of time like 3-6 months (after which it drops back to standard dole).

Absolutely fantastic setup, avoids huge financial scares for people if a business goes bust, and means an accountant doesn't get stuck in competition for lower skilled or even unskilled jobs just to keep on their feet. Also means far less issues around anxiety, depression etc from being laid off.

Basically if you make €1000 a week and are let go for reasons beyond your control, you go to €600-650 for a while before getting dumped right down to €188 or whatever it is these days.

It was widely reported. The Times, The Indo, Extra.ie, Breaking News, The Scum, The Liberal, Courts New Ireland all reported it. Their names and pictures.

    Horrible incident.

Whats also horrible is you deliberately lying about it, in an attempt to use the incident to promote some "MSM" cover up and to tarnish all immigrants with the same "they're all rapists" brush.

The right wing alternative is there.

The right wing alternative was on the ballot paper.

The right wing alternative failed and was roundly ignored.

Irish people don't want that kind of politics.
I would imagine the same argument was made in Sweden back in the day, but now the Swedish Democrats are topping most recent polls.

I'm perfectly entitled to call enything alleged up until you include some form of reference I can refer to. Otherwise, don't post it and expect me to comment.

Frither more, as has been commented, it;s extensively coveted, so please don't make light of the incident by using it as a political tool and lying about its coverage.

Also, you haven't commented on the rest of my post. Is this becuase you agree with it or you want to do so now?

Think some folk around here have ALOT of growing up to do.

What's interesting no one condemns the rape as he's a migrant. There is even one person here referring to it as alleged despite mountains of evidence against them and being found guilty they still say alleged!.

If he was Irish probably be 10 dedicated threads on this about it!.
