You need to ask your fiance to cook for you :)

I'm a terrible cook. Just terrible. I am thinking of investing in nice pots as an incentive to improve.

In bed because the house is an ice box.

You hiding from the Gender imbalance in cooking ability thread ?

If you were slaving over a hot stove you wouldnt be cold :P

Forget the pots, get a copy of 'Delia Smith's cookery course' ( borrow from library if need be )

I'm homeside waiting for some corn cakes to crisp up in the oven

( Hope to research battery operated UV lights later :D )

Finally Homeside. This was a true Monday in every sense of the word...

Oh, and count me in on the headache crew.

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!

Fireside ... it's so lovely to come in from outside and lock the door, knowing you don't have to go back out!

Funny I had a feeling someone would say that. Well it has been known to happen and might happen again. I suppose he is my bishop of hope.

    Snow! Where are you?

Ballincollig, outside of Cork. The snowfall lasted around five minutes to be fair, no accumulations at all. I guess that was it for this winter...

Wouldn't mind getting another winter like in my school days, with around a metre or so of snow, followed by temperatures dropping into the negative double digits overnight...

Good luck trying to figure me out. I haven't managed that myself yet!
