    Done a 4k walk this evening with Mrs and dogs for company, I'm flying again tg.
    A nice cup of tea now and then I intend to soak in a nice bath myself.
    Just ould radox for me!

    Edit, there could be a bath bomb or two as well.

    Homeside after my all over body massage. It was fantastic. I feel looser than Duvet Day's knickers right now :pac: I'm messing Duvet, I wish that was the case! :p


    As always with masseuses and physios they praised my flexibility and I'll take any compliment I can get these days.


    I'm off tomorrow but clever lad that I am I have scheduled dentist, doctor and physio appointments all for the one day. I plan on having the laziest day possible on Saturday so I have to earn it.

    I'm off to bed for some much need kip. Forgive my messing today Honeybear and Duvet. I jest but I mean no harm. Goodnight all. :)

    Nothing ready HB,I'll be stressed out tomorrow no doubt, I always let everything to the last minute and swear I'll be more organised the next time.

    Has anyone decided whom they are voting for,I'm not a bit political but feel this is an important election..I have to admit I have a soft spot for Michàel and did laugh at his joke on the news but fcuk it they're all in it for themselves imo.I want the usc gone and tax reduced ,I suppose that's totally wishful thinking.
