Connacht must be looking at a BP win for them here. That front 5 and Aki alone make it a difficult team to play.

Steady on. They should be very much looking at a win but a BP would be a serious stretch for them. 6 of that Munster pack would be completely at home starting in a big European game along with JJH and Farrell.

Then there's guys like O'Byrne and Goggin who have featured at European level a number of times.

Essentially, it's the back 3 and scrum half where Connacht are far more established (and it's arguable with Porch).

I can see Connacht winning a tight, physical game. I think the drain that last week will had to have had on the likes of Stander, Kleyn and Holland will tell in the end.

And it's in that time I see Connacht pulling away from Munster, if Munster are even close to them at that stage

We need to get our bonus point preferably in the first 40, then sub CJ ASAP!

Leinsters third team would beat the rest of the provinces out the door. Bit unbalanced would be my judgement

Why's a Connacht supporter putting your own and other provinces down? Chin up lad!

Pretty foggy in Galway, visibility about 50 yards. Could be interesting if it persists.

It’s cleared up a fair bit now, don’t think it will impact too much.

Yeah it's gone now, and not a breath of wind. Lovely conditions for a good game

What's with all the yellow jackets in the crowd?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,662 ✭✭✭✭aloooof

Munster's defensive line-speed looking good. There was about 4 phases there where Connacht went back about 20 yards.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,921 ✭✭✭shootermacg

How is that not a maul?

    Cynical marketing/promotional thing for Portwest:

That Connacht crowd, do they ever stop whingeing at the referee? They'd sicken ya.

Conor Fitz made a balls of that kick into the corner. Gifted Munster a great position.
