The B17 is fairly vintage too. :)
That's Sally B, so picture is probably from Air Spectacular in Fairyhouse in 1983/84.

Bright yellow Mk4 Cortina, and the yellow estate could be a Kadette.
Blue car to the left of the Solara could be an Ascona.

Trying to put my finger on the car left of the Talbot. I think you might be right

Ascona alright I'd say. Def a GM colour.

Judging by the headrest, in may be a Rekord, although I think that colour and the "earred" headrests cam in the facelifted and last E model.

EDIT: It's probably an Ascona C, as the Rekord usually had a chrome trim at the base of the windows.

    Great photo!

Talbot Solara, Bluebird estate, Bluebird saloon and Datsun Cherry closest to the camera.

Tasty e21 3 series in front of the Bluebird estate too

Lots of Datsuns. There's a silver Sunny beside a yellow Ford Cortina MkIV. To the left of the Talbot, my money is an Opel Ascona C.

To the left of the e21 is a Ford Orion mk1, can just about see tail lights through the Datsun and I'm thinking a Carina II to the left of that. No mistaking the transit next to that.

Ah now, a Rekord would have a hideous red interior! :D

Renault Trafic or equivalent off in the distance under the plane

Toyota bj40 on the far side of the transit.

My dad had one of those big old Transits, in Post Office red. An ex mountain rescue van, 2.4 York engine. A right bag of sh1t for starting. And dog slow. But good memories of piling into the back and heading down to the mobile home in the summer.

Its definitely a Rekord - i can work out the shape of the rear door window - front door too.

In the next row (the one with the E21 3 series) the blue van is a Bedford CF, next to that is a Carina II (the 84 to 88 era), and then we have a Ford Orion - its got the brown tinted glass so is either a GL or a Ghia (id say GL most likely).

Right side of the yellow Cortina estate, probabbly an Audi 100, and beside that again it could be a Cortina estate. That back door/hatch looks very "Ford" looking.
    Surprising number of estates....

If the row with the Yellow Mk 4 Cortina is the one im thinking off...

Yellow Mk 4 Cortina, Datsun Laurel, silver Cortina Estate, yellow Kadette Estate.

    Carina E and 405

2 litre petrol Carina as rough as the proverbial but those are great engines.

The facelift was a cracking car for its size. Fun drive and extremely comfortable.

Thats right, they had lots of nice little extras such as steering wheel controls for the radio, electric windows (my 97 Corolla doesn't even have these) etc
