What, according to any law you can quote or any precedent from this country, is the difference in rules when driving on a bend road and a bend road roundabout? The sole fact of it being called differently does not constitute a different behaviour and rules.

you're being argumentative and pedantic, Its obvious there is a difference between a roundabout and a curved section of road, if you're going to argue over that I can imagine how you are out on the road, the OPs original post was about someone going around the roundabout in the outside lane, theres no point in discussing it further with people who are like you, because wether you are in the right or wrong, you dont forge ahead, you avoid collisions, its not worth the hassle, same for arguments.

If it's so obvious it might have been easier to point out that obvious difference rather than making a big long post about how you're not going to discuss it... ;)

How about the fact that you can drive on a roundabout for infinity and always have right of way?

On a concentric circle roundabout? Sure. You can also drive from start to finish on a motorway and if you never change lane you always have right of way.

start to finish != infinity (since we are being pedantic)

I normally applaud pedantry, but only when it has a point.

Red breaks the law. Blue doesn't break the law. Yet the blue is at fault?
