Oh a really nice spot. It's now officially on my journey planner via the route through Mountmellick or random days with others added.:D

    Excellent !
They're very busy at night also , it's a booming business , then again it's great food at good prices so they get a lot of repeat customers . Fair play to them !

Over the weekend, we ate out and got takeaway too on a mindless money blow out that we always regret, but I simply wasn't arsed cooking. Got up this morning and did the usual for little G who is easy to please. But for the first time in ages I had beans on toast for breakfast. Delish! Heinz beans too! Dinner tonight was a lovely roast beef job with roasties and mixed veg and lots of gravy. Lovely doughnuts for dessert.

I had delicious beans on toast for lunch. I'm too tired now for anything but a cuppa and a few biscuits. Tomorrow is a new day :pac:

Are Branstons baked beans available here?
I think the brand is the same as Crosse and Blackwell?
It's the company that makes the pickle.

Btw, I find Lidl's ones decent.

    Homemade soup
    Leek and potato
A quality Spud is key to this, and a heap of garlic and seasoning.

Homemade soup here too, mushrooms on special in Aldi, 2 punnets made me a nice pot of hearty soup. Everyone else in the house thinks mushrooms are the work of the devil, so its all for me!
