At the GP. Having a terrible evening. Srill upset after Pieta House earlier :( and now this is stopping my studying.

In my room, freezing and starving. Waiting for my flat mates to be ready so we can go get a carvery dinner. Was meant to be going out helping the homeless again tonight, but it’s so cold and I think I have an infection so I’m not feeling the best.

On the couch absolutely knackered. The birthday cake was amazing.. Chocolate cake with salted caramel butter icing and vanilla icing with princesses and unicorns.. She got a princess dress tk maxx, that she picked out herself a few weeks ago. She looks so cute in it.
I'll have to do 2 sessions in the gym tomorrow.. I had cake :D

Throwing up, thumping headache, aching joints .....

Wishing her the best. ( in this corner it usually takes 5 days to get over it ).

Any idea of the cause ?

No, not a bit... didn't have anything at school, all foods here ok...I'm wondering if it's a cross contamination

I've had a bit of a bug for the last few days, really bad headache, nausea, dicky tummy and just absolutely no energy.
It's shocking when you're trying to find a cause, currently trying to figure out what's make the (new) 4 year old lips to swell.. Bloody allergies
:D the beautiful cake was gf and dairy free.. Kids thought I bought it.. Go me hahaha
    Still on the couch..
