MDH struggling tonight - he looks jaded.
The public will carry him for another 7 years. He’s got off lightly on all debates - interviews, he hasn’t been pushed on the bigger issues of his office.

David says there were lots drawn for the standing positions, and Duffy points out that the lots were drawn by RTE...

Joan would tell the teacher if she saw you passing notes in class.

Miggledy really taking no responsibility...."The funds are for the office"...."I'll stay wherever I am put"...."I'll take whatever salary is decided"

Why doesn't he insist he stays in accomadation under a certain amount, why doesn't he insist on cutting costs for his office, why doesn't he insist he only takes 100k salary????

Yea he's lucky that the other 5 are not up to scratch, and lucky that he didn't attend the early debates. He's also lucky that RTE are on his side.

He is being shouted down at now by Peter Casey, he has behaved presidentially like you would hope and expect.

Casey is coming across like a yelling rambling eejit. I will publish my accounts after.... Ah sure you will...

Not surprised most droned on tonight I think I nodded off a couple of times. Casey is a highlight when he's off the cuff, it's quite refreshing to hear someone talk without any of the usual politickings.

    Lying does matter.

The only reason for Michael D to lie is if he thinks it would affect his vote. What does that say about his voter base?

(Yes I replied to my own comment)
