If it could be shown that your dislike was hate and that your intention was to convince others to feel the same way, possibly yes. That’s my reading of it anyway.

Hang on. You are allowed have an opinion but not allowed to express it because someone, somewhere, could choose to define a dislike as hatred

    Get t'****.

I am at a loss to find the words to eloquently describe the people who jump through hoops to defend the indefensible

Margaret Cash and people like her are a blight on our society. Her defenders are worse

She's back on the market again since her fella has left her, according to the tabloids.

That would be wrong. Where did that happen?

Hahahaha! Holy fcuk. How in the fcuk do these creatures manage to look themselves in the mirror?

She’ll be back in love with the useless wretch in no time.

Wouldn’t even be surprised if this is a stunt to maintain the “single mother” angle.

    Absolute wastes of oxygen!

She's such a role model for how not to live your life.

She should be paraded around the country to show kids the consequences of bad decisions.

So Sinn Fein think nobody should take more than average industrial wage and those over it should pay an even higher tax rate than they currently do.

Yet they are in full support of this scammer who is taking over €50,000 a year in benefits?

That's one heck of a two faced policy

Her husband "never bought so much as a sock for his kids"? How did she not realise that somewhere around child number 2 and then decide not to have any more kids with the guy?

This. Say that to them at the door steps and watch them squirm. They are utter populists who are trying to clean up in social welfare dependant communities. They offer nothing to the taxpayers of the country but misery.

Why would she though, you and I buy socks for her kids and will continue to do so whatever the count is. She knows it, he knows it and the kids know it too.

    I don’t think she knows it, genuinely I don’t.

I think she is from the same ilk of Sinn frin where a magic money tree exists.

Some Travellers tend not to buy much - they prefer to bypass the tills in shops.

Again everyone is blaming is Sinn Féin (a party that has never been in power from a national level) when the whole reason people like Cash can leech is thanks to the policies of Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil, Labour, Progressive Democrats and various Independents (Healy Rae, Lowry etc) buying the electorate for the past 90+ years.

If this was 2008/9 Fine Gael would be calling for Dick Roches/John Gormelys head. Enda Kenny would be front page of the independent beside Cash calling Fianna Fáil and the greens all manner of stuff and she'd even be brought up on stage at their ardfheis . Well into the crash ( budget 2009) Social Welfare rates were increased from €197 to €204 at a time we couldn't afford it.

Ask yourself what party was in the opposition benches at this time screaming for a higher increase? What party actually criticised the fact that child benefit received no increases? Remember this was in the midst of an economic crisis. Richard Bruton IIRC. You can find all dail debates/speeches online (that's if they haven't taken them down again, Lowry FG defence ones from 1996 have mysteriously vanished)

Again it's akin to the old woman in rural Ireland who was sold a product from eircom that she didn't need but sticks with them because they were once Telecom Éireann.

Want things to change? Stop voting for FG/FF/Labour/SF. Definition of madness doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. FG/Labour could've tackled this in 2011 with their majority but didn't. Why didn't they? They even gave her special status ffs that's pretty much gave her immunity from criticism in MSM without being called out for discrimination.
I am continuing the policy pursued in recent years of increasing Child Benefit rates significantly. In this Budget, I am providing for an increase of £1 per month for first and second children, and an increase of £5 for third and subsequent children with effect from next September. The new rates will be £30 per month for each of the first two children and £39 for the third and other children.
A mother with three children will therefore get £99 a month or £23 per week while a mother with four children will get £138 a month or £32 per week tax free for her children compared with £90 per month or just under £21 per week three years ago. This amounts to a 50 per cent increase which is of direct and real value to mothers and children throughout this country, particularly large families.

    Budget 1997 Fine Gael/Labour
