There is quite a long instruction manual for ps roms, they aren't as straightforward as the more primitive consoles such as an nes.

Did you read the 'readme'.txt file?
Ah, no I'll do that so. I'll throw on a couple of SNES rom's this evening just to ensure they're good so.
Edit, also, the smart IPTV app, can I just ask why your putting that on the shield?

Don't get me wrong, I use that app too, but only on the smart tv upstairs in my bedroom as it eliminates the need for an android device altogether.
It's for my IPTV sub.. STBEmu doesn't look to be viable as it's an M3U playlist. I could get a compatible link for Mag but it's probably unnecessary as I've two FireStick's using that M3U playlist so rather keep them consistent.

PM me your thoughts on your IPTV provider if you don't mind. :)

I find perfect player better. I have lots of issues with Smart IPTV.

Smart iptv is only for smart TVs really
Stb emu is working flawless for me since day one
Haven’t tried perfect player I’d imagine it’s the same

No issues with Smart IPTV here.. just tried Perfect Player and didn't think much of UI. But whatever works.

Had a quick game of Super Mario Kart there to check RetroX is OK. All good - played a Mushroom Cup tournament.. 4 x 1st Place and 1 x 2nd Place. It's like I never lost it! :D

Would I be breaking any rules if I uploaded a clip of my stb emu in action?

    Zero issues with mine.

Lads, please, keep the IPTV talk out of here - it'll definitely get the thread closed! :(

Sorry guys quick question , I have the pre 2017 model and both the TV remote and the controller died at exactly the same time, I need to keep them plugged into a power source to use them, could this be a software issue ?

Bluetooth disconnected? Have you tried setting them up again in settings, might need to re-pair the Bluetooth.

Software issues sounds unlikely - they probably share a similar battery that had exactly same life span.

But if they died like the same second, I would suspect software issue all right. Or human error...

try this, reboot the remote by holding back+home+voice search buttons for 15 seconds. Worked for me....

So apparently Nvidia Geforce Now is currently free.. I wouldn't know as I'm still in my free month. Worth trying!
