    It's not by any means from what I can tell and have read. That's not to say I don't think you have to have some form of issue to consider committing an atrocity such as this.

    I haven't a clue about Jihad reporting, but I would not be surprised at all.

    There seems to be a minimisilation of these atrocities, forgotten next day, do not question, it was mental distress. Etc.

    How do they know a dead murderer was mentally ill though at such short notice?

    I have often wondered about that. But I am sure there is some evidence.... Sure. All protected though and cannot be verified. Can it?

    Could be they were already aware of him or had previous dealings. Mandatory reporting in Ireland if you're a risk to yourself or someone else, I'd imagine Germany likely has something similar?
