    I think there needs to be an app where yourself and herself have it on their phone and you put your password for consent to a ride in your phone and she puts it in to her phone, then if there's hassle in the morning where one of ye's thinks the other is a munter and regrets it you have evidence at the time that it was all good for go.

    Yes, she might want it on that night but might decide that she didn't want it when she wakes up the next morning.

    A male who has been through the courts falsely accused of rape would of been interesting to hear for balance. I remember a big case in the US years back about a university sports team that were accused of rape and then it transpired that the woman had made it all up.

    Read about the case of 'mattress girl' in the US. She basically destroyed a fellow students life.

    For something so incredibly rare, false rape accusations (especially ones that make it onto a charge sheet or into a courtroom) get brought up a lot in these discussions.
