As far as I know it's a blanket ban on open court cases here (and caveats for Britain, especially up north)...from higher on up.

Jeffrey Morrow charged with the Vinnie Ryan murder. Didnt he do jail time over the celbridge robbery with the Bradleys and Eamon Dunne would have been involved in that too.

There was a Jeffrey Morrow jailed for the Celbridge robbery so it must be him.

Supposedly Ross Hutch has moved to Australia, how the hell would he get a visa!?

    From the Gardai

Granting visas on behalf of Australia must be a new power for them.

Granting visas on behalf of Australia must be a new power for them.

A power any police force can exercise. They don't have the power to issue an EAW to arrest the suspect who planned the Regency attack.

Looks like he's pleading absolutely not guilty so must be innocent

Gardaí can issue a EAW but the person that instigated the Regency attack, from what I hear,is not in Europe at the moment but in the states.
You also have to issue a EAW to the district you think the person is located so local police can enforce it,the regency planner is constantly on the move so tracking him down is a whole other story.

How are these organised crime figures with multiple convictions gaining access to the States or Aus. Or any nation outside of the EU for that matter.

Theres talk of the monk moving to the States. Surely he'd have to use unconvential methods. Imagine him trying to get through the pre clearance at Shannon.

For Oz you can get a WHV in 5 minutes. Just complete the application and make the payment online and the visa is in your e-mail inbox. The form asks about convictions and stuff but given the time quick turnaround of visa clearance is most defintely not verified for correctness.

You dont even meet an immigration officer to get into the country and Syd or Mel airports as its all e-passport machines.

Much easier than shows like border patrol let on.

Sure the Mexicans pour into the states all the time.

If you make a false declaration at the time of application, you will still get your clearance in your mailbox but when you arrive in Australia you will certainly have the pleasure of meeting an immigration officer and the possibility of a return trip within a 48hour period is almost inevitable. The checks are done between the time of application and landing. The clearance received at time of application does not guarantee entrance to Australia.

Not allowing discussion of ongoing cases.

I was referring specifically to the Garda that died tragically and the collapse of the regency case.

Did they imply a Garda knocked up a well known vulnerable Russian prisoner lover and forced her to take certain pills?
