To be fair, I'm sure most teams in the league would happily take Sean Lee for 10-13 games a year. Don't get the wrong the injuries have to be frustrating, but he's a phenomenal player in my opinion.

    Oh for sure

Vikings QB situation will be interesting to follow in the offseason. I'm guessing with many QB needy teams it's going to be difficult to keep two of Keenum/Bradford/Bridgewater.

Difficult on the face of it maybe but I'm not so sure it actually is. They'll pay Keenum to keep him and then with the injury history of the other two I don't see any of the QB needy teams clamouring to offer them something big so it shouldn't be so hard to get a friendly enough deal for one of them.

See it being Keenum and Bridgewater myself.

Said it to my friend who is a Cardinals fan, Sam Bradford s
Will probably go to them if they don't get a QB pick

This is what I see happening too. They'll probably try and keep these two, then in a year or two's time reassess when they have a better idea of Bridgewater's long term potential.

Bradford has lots of talent and will probably get a team taking a punt on him, but I think unfortunately for him hes got a very high chance of an early retirement looming due to injury.

Keenan Allen won the Comeback Player of the Year. Easy enough choice imo.

Next year's award will be interesting!

Great to see Keenan back on the field gor us for 16 game's and making a major contribution to getting us back in the play-off race, he deserved to get comeback player award after two tough injury plagued season's

I think they'll live to regret that. He's done a good job with the Vikings also no doubt, but he's been getting solid production from substandard parts, which as admirable as that is doesn't strike me as quite as impressive as getting great production from solid parts... if that makes sense.

I worry about his media presence tbh, especially in the NY market. His interviews when he was with the Browns don't exactly inspire you with confidence.

Anyway, we'll see how it goes.

The pro bowl is on at 8pm Irish time on Sunday. I doubt I'll watch it but is that a lot earlier than previous years ?

Ravens rookie 1st round cornerback Marlon Humphrey arrested and charged with robbery and harassment

Steal a car? Trash a bar? No, all over a phone charger worth $15. Seems he borrowed it off an Uber driver and refused to give it back and threatened the driver with a fist. All while drunk in the early hours

After the Eagles beat the Falcons I thought it would be a good idea to pass through Philly on way back from NY! Got a cheap hotel as it is a good value city and got in lunchtime. Through a friend had an opportunity to go tailgate for the first time despite having been to dozens of NFL games!

Well best laid plans etc. Spent too much time watching the cheaters game in hotel so by time I got to the stadium it was only an hour before the game! Well it was absolute carnage out there and by the time I waded through thousands of drunks my contact had gone into the stadium!!

Quick train back and got into my favorite dive bar just in time for the Eagles' first TD! A very interesting and long night followed:P

What a clever nickname. Swiftian in its depth of meaning and wordplay. And followed by what must be the greatest story of going to a stadium and then leaving again I have ever heard.

As I've said the last few years none of that ****e. I'd prefer not to ban anyone for the super bowl.

Joe Thomas is a great follow on Twitter. Always interacting with fans and comes up with witty stuff. He does interesting articles too for MMQB website. Probably my favorite non Ravens player in the league

Anyway he has a podcast with Andrew Hawkins called the Tomahawk show. Now three weeks old and I’m loving it anyway.

Mostly football talk but other banter too

Sad news for Eric Wood, but hopefully won’t impact on his quality of life too much:
