"it's a cold night, it's hard to hold balls"

That's because they are smaller on a cold night

It's only 12 points. Ulster did 17 last week no bother.

    Against 14 men.

Leinster will definitely feel they should be at least another two scores up.

Easily the worst part of his game

Trimble looked like he was running in quick sand there.

    Larmour tackled off the ball.

    More Ulster cheating.

    The ****ing speed of Larmour.

Thought that was an early tackle myself. Arm stops him gathering the ball.

Tackle off the ball there. Also Barry Daly just got landed on, that's going to hurt.

  • Henderson hardly trying to compete for the ball there.

Didn't seem to touch him until Lamour touched the ball, very close though

Can't agree. For me it's before. It's timed well but still early and not at the same time. Don't agree with the tmo that they're both competing. One person stops the other gathering.

I'll take 12-0 at half time.

If we could keep the ball we might fire a few shots of our own.

Should have been a penalty try against Henderson. He tackles Larmour early. Takes his arm before he can grab the ball.

Theres a new interpretation this year where you can tackle a player trying to control the ball so that tackle was fine.

Larmour reminds me of Simon Geoghan. Lethal turn of pace

For me, if Larmour doesn't touch the ball, then it's a Leinster penalty.

Absorbing enough match. Piutau has got round Ringrose twice...but my oh my he won't want to watch a replay of his "tackle" on Barry Daly, embarrassing.

McFadden has actually been genuinely impressive tonight ( a step up from "absolutely brilliant"), but he fluffed his one try-scoring chance.

JGP has kept the tempo up nicely, and Larmour always looks dangerous - he should (but probably won't) be a bolter for the 6N squad IMO.

Not too many standouts for Ulster, but that was a try-saving chase back from Henderson, even if a less sympathetic ref might have carded him and awarded a PT for technically tackling Larmour early.

Can Larmour play 14?? In the sense of could you play him there in a European match??

    Sky agree.

Early tackle on Larmour and Ulster's cheating goes unpunished again.

Watching the half time analysis Ulster could and probably should have had two tries despite being outplayed.

    Ulster are muck.
