Can we sue? Take a class action suit?. Do they not have to honour that price? They took the money and sent an email. Me, as the consumer, should not be out of pocket because of their mistake blah...blah...blah... :rolleyes:

lol. No. No you can't. And so continues the classic Bargain Alerts play by play of a mispriced item. Hope, sadness, anger, despair, and the legal route.

No, you have no right to sue. The money will be refunded to your account in the next day or so. That's just how online transactions work. We all took a chance on an item selling for 10% of retail. The chances of success were always slim.

Just got my call now.

I got the cancellation text earlier and now I just got an automated phone call as well from some american dude to confirm the cancellation!
