They just cant close out what are very winnable games! If the games only lasted 2 quarters they'd be flying it!!

Didn't fold last night, pushed the ball down the Bill's throats. Excellent game all around, and the DL got after Taylor. 7 Sacks!

10 days off now then off to Tampa. Chance to get back to .500, woohoo!

Bowles is doing a phenomenal job imo given the dearth of talent on the roster

Excellent performance! Last night was the perfect blueprint for this team to get wins. Excellent in the run game and not relying on McCown to have to force it. Front 7 dominating the opposing line (I was really worried Shady and Taylor would run them ragged) and winning the turnover battle.

Bowles is head and shoulders above where he was last year and hopefully that continues, but he's still prone to a fair few boneheaded decisions.

    Great win!

Really good to see the D line getting the stats the last couple of games and did well keeping a tricky combo of McCoy and TT quiet after a couple of early scrambles. First game this year it felt like our running game was really a weapon and not just propping up McCown?

Bowles and the FO deserve a lot of praise tbf, the atmosphere seems a lot better around the team.

Whatever our results are from now the season is a positive imo, cut away a lot of the excess & some young guys stepping up and enough results for it not to be an embarrassing rebuild season.

I would really like to see us cut down on penalties for the rest of the season, I think I heard we're most penalised in the league? Even when we were well ahead yesterday we were giving away some needless stuff.

I know there's people that will probably give out about this, but its great to see this team just out there having fun! Especially after all of the locker room tensions that were reported last year.

Super happy with performance against the Bills and the effort in general this season despite the close losses. Definitely seems to be good building blocks for the future. The only question remains who is going to be the QB of the future. Not sure who it will be but if they can getc it right there could be fun seasons ahead!

O.K. so this stuff's silly, but I'm really enjoying the video set to the Peanuts theme, as well as Pony. And Jamal Adams has got some moves...

Fortunately there's not another game vs. Buffalo this season till the playoffs (hopefully). There's liable to be some serious payback.

Jesus, that was ugly!! O-line was all sorts of bad, never gave McCown or the run game a chance. D done a good job, considering the amount of time they had to spend on the field!

It has to be one of the worst OLine performances I've seen, particularly our left side getting torn apart and players just not even knowing who their blocking at times.

Even with that, no idea why we left it until the last quarter to air it out a bit, with McGuire virtually being the bell cow for the day, if anything we should have seen an increase in the number of quick-release passes. Also, the amount of 1/2 yard runs on 2 and long was unreal, only to follow by a 5 yard check down on 3 and long?!

Last night was the most entertaining Jets game in a long time and it was get to come out with a win at the end. I know people feel it hurts our draft position but it is impossible not to enjoy that win. There seems to be some positive building blocks for the future and if the front office can avoid repeating mistakes of the past play offs are a realistic aim for next season. The order of priority for free agency/draft should be as follows QB CB OL LB. I don't think there should be a change of coach. It feels good to be optimistic about the Jets for a change!

The left/centre side of the O Line is in desperate need of support imo, all the pressure same through there and a couple of hits too.

Delighted with the win, Robby balling out again, team showing a bit of discipline and coming from behind to chase down a lead instead of the opposite for once.

And a bit of refereeing in our favour for once!

Oh, also the only coaching questions from last night is surely on the D side, no way you can continually provide 0 safety cover against one of the quickest players in the league and one of the best TEs, completely open on 1-to-1 coverage each time.

Yeah Bowles is way to slow at making adjustments, that and clock management are two of his big downfalls for me

Totally agree with this as well, Johnson is just not up to being a starting centre. I had thought at the start of the season he had a chance to be decent, but he's been bad!

McCown named as starter the rest of the season. He's been great and at the same time the two behind him are never going to be the answer.

Unfortunately not any more, I wonder will Hack be given plays or will it just be Petty thrown to the wolves? He looked woeful last night.

Last night was one of the most pathetic displays I've ever seen from the Jets.

So limp, sh/te all over but again the amount of pressure coming straight up the middle was unreal. Josh had a woeful game but I felt sorry for him at points, getting touched every play nearly. Penalties were back with a vengeance too, I'm not sure how that doesn't get better over the course of a season.

starts and ends with the coach in my opinion

We have outperformed expectations this season and last night was actually how I expected most games to go (albeit not with a shutout)

NY Media think Bowles deserves another year but I don't. His road record is atrocious and I'm fed up of his boring personality. He's so monotone.

McCowan was actually one of the better aspects of the season. Competent QB play is a rarity for us Jets fans so it was a nice. Having to switch to watching Petty and or Hackenberg now is going to eliminate any entertainment out of the remaining games.

At this stage, let's lose out and end up with a Top 10 pick. I generally think we are a decent QB/RB Combination away from a playoff spot next year.

He has won 7 out of 22 road games as HC, 2 against the Browns, 1 on neutral ground in London, 1 in Metlife against the Giants, against the 49ers, Bills and Colts. doesnt make for great reading!

the last 2 minutes of the first half last night was some of the most gutless head coaching I've seen in a long time

I dont think they'll get anywhere without fixing the OL

Do you think we should get rid in the off-season so? Would make as much sense to drop him now if that's the case? I'm no Bowles fan but somehow he's squeezed more out of the team this year than expected. He seems to really struggle with the fundamentals like clock management and penalties but the hard stuff like creating a decent team spirit/morale and actually getting players to perform, by and large, I think he's done alright.

Mo Wilkerson is healthy scratch this weekend, I think its fairly safe to say he wont be a Jet next season!

He's been a complete tool since the contract. Any idea what we'd get for him?

Assuming we go QB in the first next year I wouldn't be opposed to going some combination of edge, CB & Dline the following 3 picks. All in the first 3 rounds means we should be looking at 3/4 starters out of those.

Last night's game was impressive enough imo, went a bit wayward in the last 2 minutes when we were chasing but as a whole the team did well.

Petty is tough to watch, threw a couple of lovely long ones but some of the misses where phenomenally bad, there was one to Robby Anderson where he'd gone flat and sat waiting in space, the pass must have bounce 5ft short of him, was nearly back at hands height by the time it reached him after the bounce.

He's fairly calm in the pocket, decent arm and moves well, but nothing I've seen says he'll be anything more than a backup, and even then might be a tough ride. Tbf he was a 4th round punt...

Eliminated again from the playoffs. 7 years running.

Back to hoping for luck for 2018.
