A presser at Dublin would have been great craic. Shame on Floyd.

The London press conference at the Aldo world tour was terrible

It's allegedly even in the contract that 'no home cities' for any press tour.

I can only imagine the amount of lawyers involved in doing that contract up, you'd have to guess dozens because the UFC/WME brought their whole front-line legal team to it and TMT/Showtime probably brought their own army of lawyers.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a 169lb provision on Conor's 30-day maximum weight. Conor's nutritionist George Lockhart arrived on Tuesday from America.

It'd have been a complete **** show, like the last one.

He managed the Hatton one ok turning up in his United jersey. I think he'd be fine.

Part of me thinks that Floyd is so thick he'd miss half the stuff being thrown at him anyway.

Floyd loves winding people up, he was very comfortable in Manchester in front of the Hatton fans, the jersey just wound them up more.

It seems there's plenty who use the first Diaz fight to support their arguments, completely ignoring the rematch.

And the first round of that first fight, McGregor destroyed him that round.......look at his fking face, (yeah he cuts easily blah blah) but only if you hit him

Why did you not like the last one?

It basically consisted of calling Aldo a pussy over and over again. Banter's great but this was just cringey ****e.

Yeah, call me highbrow or whatever but I don't find anything particularly funny about lads calling Aldo a pussy or going "Hey Jose, **** you" and the like.

Although if it came to town we might get a run out from the "UFC world featherweight of the championship" lad again. I doubt he's buying flights to London so we'll have to make do without.

I thought the atmosphere was great craic. Banter takes two to tango.

    Also has no English.

McGregor Sonnen/Diaz McGregor is great example of reciprocity

Malanaggi has been ****ting on this fight for ages now, I reckon Conor wants to smack him around personally to prove him wrong, hes also a nice boxer with zero power and out of shape so a good spar indeed.

I wouldn't say he's been ****ting on it exactly. He's called it exactly what it is, a mismatch. In everything he's said, he's been relatively effusive in his praise of McGregor and has acknowledged he can punch. He just, like many of us on here, you included, doesn't think there's anything ahead other than an easy Mayweather victory.

Paulie would leak a lot of info to Mayweather camp

But with a country the size/population of Russia would it not make sense to push it at their prime time to create an interest/market for a few big events then wean them into the late night shows??

Ppv price in the us $60+

Ppv price in Russia, next to nothing and won't be bought.

They will have him sign a non-disclousre, most sparring partners do.

Can't find a link for it, but Big John was asked the other day about he fight and gives McGregor virtually no chance whatsoever. BJM is one of those people whose opinion when it comes to combat sports is almost universally respected and he even goes into detail on why he has no chance. Well worth a listen for anyone struggling to come to an opinion.

Yep, I called him out on it on his ask me question thread and he got smart and ignored my questions then got cheeky.

It means getting taken to court, its a legally binding agreement.

Plus, why would Mayweather need him to tell him anything?
