Fantastic shots - every one of them. Thanks for posting

Thanks a million Duke. These cars are fantastic alright. All these cars were taken with my camera phone which is now eight years old. The resolution is also great.

Sure. I took it down in Wexford at one of the auto shops. I had to ask the owner in the shop could I take it and he said fire away. Here you go. Not the best shots or angle, but it's the best I could manage.

I don't know if this Toyota is regarded as a classic, but it caught my eye.

The tea bus is a Routemaster, so unless you were a young fella in the UK, you were on something different. Was in a road accident in a Routemaster in the early 90's in London - got rear-ended at slow speed. Awful lot of plywood damage evident.

(my mother was English, and i spent a lot of summer holidays over there as a nipper) ...however, my more established memories of hopping on & off 'this type' of bus is the cream over black (or navy?) double deckers Dublin Bus had in the 70s - the one with the cut-away open back - if its not a Routemaster...well i never said it was ;)

    RE: Cortina, Reg: 82D120001

Reg looks correct for a recent import. Think Dublin imports start at 120,000.

That Beta was in the RDS show 18 months back. Showed with a yellow back plate rather than the red for the road. Looks super. Did well to survive.

That's Dave driving. His Dad Joe bought that lovely specimen in Sweeney and Forte new back in the day. The boys have a lovely collection. Grew up beside them.

Beautiful car. The fact it's still in the same family makes it even more special.

Looking at that Mondeo, amazing the difference in size between what are probably two equivalent saloon cars from different eras!
