@sligojoek, have you any pics of the white Ascona in the first pic on this page? Is it an Irish car?
I think the Mustang belongs to the former CEO of a famous ticket sales business! Lovely car.

That Jag is a real beauty.
There can't be many original Irish Mark 1's around, especially in that condition.

Sean, I had a look back and couldn't find any. That was earlier in the day and there were probably too many people around it. I went down to Moran's, had two pints and came back up when it was quieter. It must have been gone by then as I would have taken a pic of it.

Hopefully these will make up for it.

Nice pics joe, thanks for sharing so far.

Hope that stain on the ground under the Kadett isn't anything serious!!

It's a chevette. First car I ever owned.

No bother. I enjoy looking at other peoples pics here. It's good to give something back.

The stain was only water. There was a downpour before the show and as cars were arriving. After an hour the sun came out and that was just a remaining pool

Nice car, not many about..came across a HS recently sitting quietly in the back of a shed. Worth serious money now, the owner wasn't inclined to sell taking the view, rightfully, that it was better than money in the bank..

Dafuq is going on here? Looks like a coupe with some sort of attachment to make it look like a Fastback.

That chevette saloon looks cool, never seen it around Sligo, guess it's a dry weather car only.

Doubt it's a 1.3 that the online search suggests!

Saw this yesterday heading south out of Gorey on the R741. Looked lovely until I got up close and saw that none of the doors fitted !!

    Right here lol

@Tzar, I appreciate every contribution to every "spotted" thread. You know that old saying "its the thought that counts" :D though some people can be a bit picky :pac:

For youngtimers we have a great thread on the main motors forum

What's the oldest car you saw on the road today?

Jesus all those 120xxx registration plates posted lately just look so shitty. I don't own any classic and probably never will but the thoughts of having a 6 numbers on a plate makes me shudder. Apologies rant over. :(
