I actually didn't catch a pic of this but thought i might throw this description up anyway, just saw an old jetta with the reg 7FTI on rear plate. Now am i going mad or is that a possible reg?

Mods, please move if there's somewhere more suitable, thanks..

    Austin 7, Duke.

It's an Austin but definitely not a 7. Too big.

    Nice pics sligojoek :)

Any more pics of that SCANTRAC (parked beside the Model T in above pic)?
I've never seen one of those before!

You are 100% correct, I really should look more closely. I think it's an Austin 12/4 Clifton tourer.

Joe, was there much stuff at the show on Sunday? Didn't get to it this year as OH wanted to go the Rory Gallagher festival in Ballyshannon!

Hi Sean. Ya, there was a lot of stuff. I'd say more than last year. There was old, middle aged and new. I've just got the pics on the laptop now and discovered they're all over 8 MB. I'll resize and upload a few in a while. Very slow upload speed here.

Saw a lovely ZV registered Audi 100 in Bunclody this morning. Maroon in colour, it looked lovely out for its morning stroll. I never fancied one but this one looked the part. No pics as I was driving

Forgot to post these, went to the fa cup final a couple of weeks ago and stumbled across this little motor museum on the way home.

    Cool!

How close is that coupe to being on the road? Would love to see both of them out and about.

Brakes is the final hurdle, have to be sent to the uk for resleaving. 4 week lead time on those which will give me a chance to get the interior reinstall finished.

I've heard of this Tea bus doing the rounds, but hadn't seen it in action, though I remember hopping on & off these as a young fella in the 70s.

The tea bus is a Routemaster, so unless you were a young fella in the UK, you were on something different. Was in a road accident in a Routemaster in the early 90's in London - got rear-ended at slow speed. Awful lot of plywood damage evident.
