Am sipping fresh pineapple juice, allowing my glass of coffee to cool while I wait on my breakfast of a toasted cheese, tomato and onion sandwich.

Sure I could be at home.

As posted on the food forum. Its a Latvian meal. Escalope of pork, pickled cabbage, boiled potatoes and a sauce to die for. Rye bread for the mop up. As this is AH's - a large bottle of this to go with it!

Got a chinese tonight and they never washed the pan so the rice was brown. I ate half of it and if I'm desperate enough later on I'll finish it. Not good.

Just made bangers and mash. Lovely creamy mash made with Connemara gold butter and spring onions. Bangers covered in fried red onions and mushrooms, topped off with black pudding and gravy. Yum.
