All this talk of potatoes, I had garlic potatoes this evening with pork ribs. Now munching on an Easter egg I found earlier :)

I miss potatoes. Like I mean proper boiled, roasted, fried or baked. Dammit.

I had a spicy naan, some kinda sorta veggie sausage type thingy and the best chana (chickpeas) I have ever had, for my breakfast as I flew over the Himalayas from Delhi to Kathmandu. Oh and some cantaloupe and a coffee too.

A breakfast roll and a mug of tea.

Potatoes with rosemary are lovely. Especially when roasted.

Par boil some baby potatoes, toss them in a colindor to roughen the edges, roast in some olive oil, with carrot and parsnip wedges, red peppers, red onion, a few garlic cloves, and rosemary.

    Thank me later.

    ;)

Not long after a huge steak burger, mash potato, and some veg. Think that's me fed for the day.

Have the oven on for baked oats. Never had them before but have been advised they're like eating dessert from breakfast which is definitely something I can get on board with.

So AH, what are ye eatin'?

Nice freshly shaven Vageen ! And she's lovin' it !

Had a beautiful turkish pastry and cheese thingy with salad and a turkish tomato dip for lunch. Followed it with some Jasmine tea and a delicious sorta cheese cake only it was a chocolate crumb base with a cream rather than cheese kinda mousse on top.

Because I was so stuffed....only had a small plate of chips chilly/dragon potato/chilly finger for my dinner there at 9 my time. Nom.
