Looked in the fridge and had cooked chicken, cooked baby potatoes, spinach, red onion, a carrot, and sugar snap peas.
In less than ten mins we have a messy chicken and potato curry with all of the above, a bit of pataks korma paste and a drop of coconut milk. Tastes fab, will be making it again very soon.

Just finished Roast pork with thyme and apricot stuffing, roast carrots, roast potatoes, and mash. Also had some yorkshire puds but can't claim to have made those. Thanks aunt bessie.

Now having meringues with strawberries and cream.

Wish I had time to cook this food every sunday. So good.

spicey asian prawn stir fry, added extra garlic chilli and ginger because I've got a cold and its helping unblock everything. I made a bit too much though but I think I can handle it, good medicine.

A MugShot 'Mac N Cheese' instant snack pot - sort of like Pot Noodle but with pasta and infinitely more dirty. Pasta, ridiculous amount of crappy cheese, BBQ sauce and smoked bacon crumbs. It's actual instant filth, it makes a Pot Noodle seem like a fresh leafy salad. I think it's disgusting and amazing all at once.

Some chips that have been seasoned with curry spices. I had also ordered a buttered naan bread but since they decided to cover it in poppy seeds (something I have only seen happen in Mumbai so far) I couldn't eat it as really don't want to spend my last night in this city in the hospital.

Washing it down with a pint bottle of Kingfisher. It is the nicest part of the meal.
