I have had some issues connecting to the onboard Bluetooth in my Peugeot, but rebooting the device generally seems to fix it!

Guys is anyone else having this issue - on Google maps when I enter a destination it picks up my location no problem, plots the route etc. However when I start the journey the marker doesn't follow my position, it stays where I was in the first place. If I cancel the journey and do it again, it picks up my location no problem again but the same issue occurs.

I've a Parrot MKi9100 and audio streaming through Bluetooth works fine. Only issue I have is if music is already playing on the phone (which it usually is since it takes a minute to connect to the Parrot so I set it playing before I start driving), the music will play through the bluetooth for a second once it connects, then stop and I have to press play again on the phone. However that seems to be an issue with the music app (Poweramp) rather than the phone as it doesn't happen with Youtube videos or Podcasts.

Does the "Re-centre" button (bottom left) appear when it's not following you?

You could be accidentally touching the screen, causing it to manually move slightly, in which case it won't recentre until you hit that button

I've tried everything to get the Bluetooth working. Reset the phone, wiped cache partition ect. No joy.

In another note. OP seem to have abandoned people who have the one plus 1 and 2. I would will they continue to support the 3 and 3t and if so for how long.

Nope that's not it unfortunately - even when it is centered it's still not following me.

Is it just with Google Maps? Have you tried with any other location based app? If it's also not working in another app then its likely a hardware issue.

Had one or two buggy issues lately with maps. Just restart the app and it works ok

To make sure it's not the obvious, you haven't accidentally turned location off?

Yeah by the size of the blue circle it seems to be using cell towers instead of gps. Also you can't see the location icon on top. Is location services enabled for the specific app?

I have a Samsung Note 4 for work and I use the Oneplus 3T as my personal phone. I love the Oneplus, only thing that bugs me is having to use different charging cables for the two phones. I'd prefer if the Oneplus was like the standard android chargers for handiness :(

Then you'd lose the dash charging. All phones are moving to USB-C - the problem is that the Note 4 is three years old.

Why not just put your work sim from the Note 4 into the second slot on you personal 3T and just use the one phone instead of having to carry two phones...?
You'd only need one charger then.

Beaches the work phone has in-house apps on it for work purposes. They are not on the play store they were designed by our IT people. I have an Irish and a Spanish SIM in the Oneplus as I go to Spain frequently

Was away for the weekend and struggled to get half a day out of the battery. It's shocking how bad it's gone. Was using it as GPS and camera. Before when I got home from work it would be in the 40-50% region now I'm lucky if it's around 20%. Is wiping and reinstalling the OS the best method of financing improving battery life? Such a pity the battery is so bad as it's a top phone otherwise.

Got this phone last week and am very pleased with it however I have an issue when listening to podcasts in my car. I previously had an iPhone and used the itunes podcast app along with downcast when in the car. The rewind and fast forward buttons on my steering wheel worked perfectly for skipping to the next podcast or previous by clicking once or fast-forwarding when holding the button down. This is not the case since I switched to Android. I have tried Pocket Cast and Podcast Republic which are both excellent but no matter what way I click on the button it just skips to the next podcast but it won't go back to the previous one in the playlist or rewind. Does anyone else have this issue or know of a podcast app that works in a similar way to the ios apps in cars? Cheers.

just chancing my arm here, got a OP3T as a present last month, and eventually got around to opening it. it's the gold back, white front one. to be honest, i'm not too fond of the appearance. does anyone have a black fronted one that they want to swap??! it's the 64GB version.
the returns on the website say 15 days, and i hadn't opened it by then.

Try Podcast Addict, not as nice a UI as Pocket casts but there's a ton of options to let you customise the app to how you like it and there might be a setting in their that'll fix your problem.
