How about deporting them to a heavily fortified Spike Island? Or Rockhall?

Like the Nazi prison camps in Aushwitz?

It went pretty ok for a few years. People are still talking about it, occasionally. It ended badly, but loads does. The current PC nicey-smashey stuff will probably end badly too.

Isn't that unavoidable though? Every ideology seems to eventually go too far. I'm right wing, but even I fear people eventually being forced to vote for far right politicians.

They have internal problems too...Just see this thread for people defending the attacks by calling everybody racist and attempting to obfuscate the issue at hand.

I really don't know what they get out of it apart from virtue signalling there lack of "racism".

I'll be the first to say it : i'd rather be a racist than a paedophile-worshipping religious murderer.

You needn't worry. The word 'racist' has been so over used by the regressive left that normal people see it for what it is, an attempt to shame people into silence.

No one falls for it anymore, especially not the younger generations.

I was wondering if P.ie had committed a purge of some sort, or if there was some political/****-storm-front message board that had closed.

Nah..It was mostly that people got sick of being stymied and shouted down in their views all these years by the left..Left in name only I hasten to add..The same motley mob who cheered the warmonger Obama yet insulted trump based on the colour of his skin.

It was a vast awakening,a time where people said " enough is enough"..The antics of various people after trump won is what motivated me personally to start speaking out,it seems i wasn't alone.

I like the way you keep mentioning stormfront though..It's similar to shouting "racist" or "Nazi" at everyone who disagrees with you.

    Childish.

its news to me that the middle classes have taken over " the left", the various general elections here suggest otherwise , but of course you know differently

    Honestly?

You need to spend a few more years in a party then.

It is I would say more acute in other European countries but it is still a problem.

I mentioned them once, so don't be childish by suggesting it's more than that.

Carnage which can be stopped if we just break up the worlds biggest trading bloc and geographical union.

Sure there might be another global recession, and the lives of Europeans would be irreparably damaged, our personal and professional opportunities flushed and our negotiation power with the US, Russia, China reduced to that of individual ants, but at least there'd never be another terrorist incident in Europe again. 100% guaranteed.

    Break up the EU.
Putin, Trump, the far right, and the British tabloids can't all be wrong.

Do you have any other options bar gassing people?

Can you loosen that stiff arm for a few minutes.

According to a police-justice specialist working for France 2, the assaillant was recently put in custody because it was said he was searching for weapons to kill police officers. His profile wasn't judged dangerous and was released soon after

If we drain the swamp and stop slaughtering innocent muslims in the middle east we might be able to turn it around. Although I cant see thag happening with the war party in charge in the U.S.

Yeah they are really teaching France for not invading Iraq and Sweden for bending over backwards to accommodate radical Islam.

Are you actually doing  at people wanting to wait for sources and concrete evidence?

Is this really what it has become...?

Are you taking me up on my sporting wager or what?

You (in the plural) do seem like types that would be comfortable on the website (that shall not be named without an * being inserted as the owner of boards.ie really doesn't like their name cropping up in a google search of boards).

When did threads of this nature become a flame to the right wing moths? A few years ago this was happening but newly/recent registered posters were not a strong feature of them, now they make up the majority who only post on threads of this nature or related matters. It feels like boards is being taken over by the right.

I wouldn't really identify as right wing, but I embrace a certain amount of right wing ideas now, because of the urgency of this situation we are all in, in Europe.
It's time to wake up and smell the roses.

I disagree with posters who go on about "Islam" and "Muslims", I think this is about islamism, and extremists.
Having narrowed that target, I think we should act. And acting may mean that innocent Muslims might have to remain in their countries for the time being.

you are walking directly in the trap set by these extremists, which is to turn us into equal extremists , so they can self justify their own barbarity
I get the point of that argument, I think it's partially true, but it really does my head in. What else are we supposed to do ? We have tried to avoid drastic action in Europe, it's not working ! it just is not working. How long ?
It's like having explored all other avenues with a bully, getting continually battered, but refusing to retaliate.

Abu Yousuf al Belgiki, praised and claimed by the Islamic State.

No concrete evidence yet I suppose.

They knew this guy's plan was to attack the police (he had said it), he was a person of interest, on the S register. He used his own car for the attack. He could have been heading out for fags, other than he must have had the Kalashnikov stowed inside the vehicle, or brought it in.

I would argue that in other too maintain a free and open lifestyle , we are in fact going to have to accept the fact that such a lifestyle;e leaves us vulnerable to sections that wish too exploit that " openness ". Turning us int a police state is not the solution to protect us from people " that want to turn us into a police state "

Secondly we need to look seriously at the underlying issues, both in the Wests involvement in the ME, and in the decades of ghettoisation that has been common place in Europe ( including Sweden ) . This issue didnt start " from nowhere " .

They are not but neither are the left today. In much of Europe the left seem to be even further removed from working class concerns and realities than the right are.

It seems to me that left wing politics is dying in Working Class communities across Europe and polls bear that out.

This is a great pity when you consider the great record of achievement that the Left have given Europe.

    Self inflicted

    Nope.

What a surprise..Just like an antifa stripped of thier mask.

If you won't put your money where your mouth is you can stop ramming your notion that he might not be Muslim down everybody's throats..Apart from anything else it's quite tiresome
