If you take the word "RIME" out and replace it with "Project CARS" or "Watchdogs" or any number of games that never made it / were very late to the party, underdressed and drunk when they arrived, it's nothing we haven't heard before on Wii U. Which is a shame.

That said, it looks gorgeous. Have any of you had cause to watch Disney's Moana? It's impossible to see that film and not come away A) Singing "You're Welcome" and

with an overwhelming desire to play a licensed openworld game that lets you sail that boat and explore those islands and meet some of those creatures head-on, an itch you can partially scratch by going back to Wind Waker but Rime looks like it might fill the hole pretty well too.

And if you've not heard of Moana and are only just discovering songs like Shiny for the first time because of this post... what can I say? You're welcome

Pretty annoying they are since I want day 1 lol. They've dropped their price due to a price war. Stores like FNAC and MediaMarkt in Belgium started dropping their price and Amazon have price matched. Highly doubt that will happen here.

gamestop HQ tend to not make that decision til 2 weeks before but i'd say any of the ones that can have a launch will have one. not sure about ones inside in shopping centers bit easier for smyths cause any i can think of are stand alone.

Crap - I preordered mine into a store that's near work but not near home. And "The Midnight Commuter" makes me sound like a male prostitute. Decisions, decisions...

it was 20 quid minumum in store a little while ago. should be still the same i imagine, or you could pre order online too, smyths dont take the money till near launch day, but with this being a midnight launch not sure when they will take it this time.

I see on the Smyths website that they are still taking pre orders and it will be available March 3rd.

With GameStop not guaranteeing orders for launch from after the 18th of January I'd contact Smyths before pre ordering to make sure that you will have one on launch day with them.

I would have thought at this stage that they would be sold out of their pre order batch in some stores.

I have it in gamestop in wexford so hopefully they'll be doing a midnight opening(they usually do and even if they dont it doesnt bother me to get it in the morning)

I'm in Smyths Sligo. Raging I'll miss the Dublin launch. I still remember the madness of the Dublin Wii Launch, getting a lift into town with another user on here blaring out 8-bit Nintendo tunes and then the cue outside smyths playing multiplayer DS games. First person to get to the counter then asks for a 360 and gets boo-ed.

That was myself and smokingman, good times.

Smiths Jervis street for me though am in work that day so I'll be picking up afterwards. The guy behind the desk said that they'll hold it for me so I'm not too worried. Won't resurface until Saturday afternoon then

Gamestop Galway very unlikely to do a midnight launch, they never do them due to the shopping centre they're in being tight and not paying for security or something.

No odds to me either way, Im away to Belgium Friday morning, back Sunday evening. So Monday morning for me, booked the day off work, 24 hour Zelda marathon! Can't wait!
