My data access has disappered since updating yesterday!

Checked APN settings and none listed.

Re-entered the settings from Tesco Mobile's site & saved, but when I go back to select the newly entered APN it isn't there!

Phone says there are no APNs listed.

    Any help please? :o

I have this problem as well on tescomobile since the update. All help appreciated.

I had that problem too. I put the APN settings in from the Tesco mobile settings and it didn't work, so I pressed the top right options button and "reset to default" and my settings reappeared. If that doesn't work start fresh manually putting in your settings and make sure you save.

Got the update while i was in Belfast on Friday. Thought it was pushed out because I was technically in another area ("3UK" network region). Anyway, haven't had any issues so far and didn't have to reinput APN settings or play around with anything. I see there are a few things like "Community", "Duo" and "Messaging". Btw, what is the difference between "messaging" and the "messenger"??

The instruction here worked to fix. http://tescomobileie.tweakker.com/success

I updated on Friday. I can't get the alert slider to the way I usually have it now. I want the middle to be vibrate (no ring sound) and the top to be silent with no vibration. I can't set the middle this way, it doesn't let me turn the ring volume down the whole way. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also does anyone know how to get the alarms back on the lock screen? Thanks

Upgraded to Nougat a couple of weeks ago and everything was working perfect. Noticed today my email app is not working. i am using Boxer email app. When I try to open the app it says that "Xposed framework must be uninstalled". I have restared the phone and still no luck. Can anyone help with this please?
    Thanks

Forgot to add this is a paid for app and I have my 3 main email accounts on it.

Had already tried that but tried again.

    Sadly, it didn't work.

    Still no data.

Cannot get the phone to save the settings no matter what I do!

Really don't want to have to factory reset. :(

    Help!!!

Finally got it to work. :)

Did nothing different at all!!!

Managed to save the settings this time, and instant data access.

However, went back in to save the MMS settings but same problem again!

    Weird! :confused::confused:

He's comparing the 3T to phones nearly twice the price. Hardly a fair comparison.

I think its fair. The 3T is a flagship and has the same if not better specs as other flagships (so its not a hardware issue), so it should perform like the others.

I never noticed any lag on my OP3 but saw a couple post here that they thought theirs lagged, so posted the GIFs. I saw some post on the Oneplus forums and Reddit too.

It's not much of an issue anyway imo.

I get a bit of lag on my OP2 but I've never done a factory reset since day one so my own fault really.

Just moved Messenger back to the homsecreen instead of Messaging. But have sent a few texts since last night and 2 of them failed to send, but worked upon resending. Anyone else have this?

And all texts in the Messaging app are showing with the numbers and not the names, which is one of the reasons for moving it.

Just updated to Nougat without doing any research.

It removed the feature I use most, and the one without which I basically can't use my phone for anything other than calls now. They removed the f*cking invert colours button from the drag down quick access. This was bloody invaluable to me as I can't read black text on white backgrounds. :\

    Settings >Accessibility > colour inversion

To add to your notifications bar, drag it down, tap the pen symbol to edit and select it again.

You can add it back. Drag down the menu, then press the little pen symbol beside the settings symbol at the top right. Then you can drag it back up for easy access.

Just drag it back - it's on mine

You, gentle sir, are a scholar and a saint.

Seriously, thank you. I would probably not have made that connection myself for a long while, so yeah, I appreciate that quick response. :)

(I thought the pen icon was for like taking a memo or something so I just ignored it. :o )

Has anyone else tried the panorama function much? I tried a few yesterday and found the stitching to be terrible. Hopefully something they can fix with an update if it's not just a case of me being terrible at photography.

Probably not a OnePlus issue but really not liking the new Android features since the update. My WhatsApp notifications only show the latest new message in a conversation; i.e. if I have 3 messages in a conversation I only have 1 WhatsApp notification showing the 3rd message. It's lead me to miss quite a few messages since Friday. Also as someone mentioned above, the sound profile sliders don't work like they used to. The Nova Launcher settings also didn't work well with it for some reason so I ended up having to completely uninstall Nova and the accompanying apps and I really don't like the Oxygen OS as default. Other smaller gripes too with more minor things.

This is the first time I've ever had a new Android version that I wished I could roll back.

    DHL just delivered my 3T 128Gb !!!
Shipped from Poland and got updates from DHL all along its journey so there shouldnt have been a doubt on my part about it showing up :-)
    Nice packaging...
The phone seems to be really solid and well designed. Having not seen one before I was going by video and pictures online. They do not do it justice.
First boot skipped over and went straight to update. Nugat installing now and then ill hard reset and start transfer from old Galaxy S4.

    Delighted :-)

First issue you have is WhatsApp specific problem, looks like they have it fixed in a beta version of app so hopefully thats released soon or else you can download beta version -

What Nova settings aren't working for you? I use Nova and it seems to be working fine since upgrade.

Just a quick question, I see people suggesting a hard reset or factory reset for problems caused by the upgrade to Nougat but does that not just wipe off the update...?

No, the update stays as it's written to the system partition. Your data and apps etc, are somewhere else. So a hard reset, removes everything except the core system files

I had an issue with contacts after updating, but had to clear the app data and cache to fix it.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the screen protector come loose? Have the phone a couple of days and already coming away. Not a major problem, just curious if it is a regular occurance. Cheers

I've just sold my nexus 6P and I'm trying to decide between a new SIM free Sony XZ for similar mine too my other choice the Oneplus 3t. Pros and cons. Sony is dust and water proof, better speakers, slightly better camera and expandable storage. The OP3t has a bigger battery 6gb of ram bigger screen.
Also if ordering the oneplus 3 there is an option of going for the dash power bundle. Is this a necessity? I take it a charger comes with the package..
    I'd appreciate any advice

Charger and cable comes with the package. It you need additional then opt for the extra bundle.

No experience of Sony zx. I am sure it will be a fine phone.

Using 3T, can't fault it for anything. For the price of it, it's a good phone.

Not big into taking pics, going by the reputation, Sony will have a better camera I guess.

Mine is still there but it's a thin film, it can come of very easily.

Anyone know of the OP3t has 4g+ / LT+ or LTE advanced?. I have 4g+ included in my plan with Vodafone.
Does anyone receive standard 4g on Vodafone?

I'm on Vodafone and it gets 4g+ no problem. I got 132mbs a couple of weeks ago and am regularly getting 50mbs at home.
