Well that's a very high functioning alcoholic. I doubt it's the case though.

Thought Artemis was going to have a blood sample to analyse, but I guess she lost her sword on the train. At least she finally spoke more than a few words and fired arrows.

Wonder how long Ollie was holding on to the parachute arrow, however he stored it in his quiver.

And why didn't Constantine sound like Ivan Drago?

That was a cool reveal all the same! :)

Agree. I think it's he must have been playing them.. us?.. all along.

But! Is he working for/with a baddie again?!?

In fairness, they feel like they've needed to give us 5 years of backstory to get Oliver to his level
    :D

I thought that was cool but also spent some time thinking about how it didn't seem unrealistic these days

Ah, I think that might spoil it.

Really loved that - it was a great 100th episode and used the crossover to its advantage really well.

Good to get former cast members back in some capacity and I thought it was good to focus mainly on Arrow characters (I guess in the case of Sara and Ray, Legends characters that got their start on Arrow) and to give Flash and Supergirl a bit of a back seat for the episode - presumably everyone will be back together again for Legends anyway.

I also really loved the Malcolm and Thea talking about Tommy Merlyn off in Chicago training to be a doctor, which was a nice little easter egg as Colin Donnell now plays a surgeon on Chicago Med.

Really liked the talk between Oli and Thea - a great moment in the show, imo.

i read that Colin Donnell was quite surprised to see his Arrowverse alter ego on the show last night as neither he or Colton Haynes (Arsenal/Roy Harper )were available for filming due to other commitments, yet both appeared in that scene just as
Oliver was about to step through the portal in the Smoak Technology building and escape the Dominator stasis pods
I guess they must have constructed CGI versions of Tommy and Roy from samples of older footage and older voice samples. Quite impressive bit of trickery, I thought the really were there same as the others.
That last moment with Laurel on the porch, in her wedding dress, was one of the most poignant moments on the show so far, very emotional, (
even though it wasn't really Laurel.
and is only surpassed by "Eleven-Fifty-Nine" IMO.

thats a mid-season finale, flash, take notes.

I was surprised but not really surprised at Laurels return her death seemed funny as if it was being faked so she could go undercover or some such.

Hopefully it isn't a ghost or alien clone

Or a meta or from one of the alternate earths or a consequence of Flashpoint / Savitar.. The possibilities are many every Wednesday.

Or the ending was possibly a hallucination.

Good, strong episode with 2 massive events happening.. That's a mid season finale, as was pointed out above..

Oliver getting his ass kicked, isn't something you expect from a, possible Rasalghul (typing on ohobe)... Or the Green Arrow..

could be Earth 2 Dinah. Or a hallucination. How are they going to explain her going between shows as a regular on all shows

The seeing of dead people could perhaps led to another crossover week

The full week crossover event only happens once a season but it doesn't stop some characters appearing in one of the other shows

There's a promo video released which answers who Laurel is.

    Gonna spoiler the following
gut feeling it's Earth 2 Laurel as she doesn't have that canary cry thing around her neck like Earth 1 Laurel had before she met her fate at the hands of Damian Darkh

Just seemed very sloppy to just give the surprise away.
She could be Earth 1's Lauel but has meta powers due to Alchemy. Do not forget that Alchemy was in the middle of a ceremony to get all metas from Flashpoint. Maybe by doing this he resurrected Laurel. But ya more than likely Earth 2 Laurel/Dinah

I don't have issue with the actress (although it's hard to look like a good one when your character is portrayed the way hers is) but Laurel comes across so 2D at times from her bringing Sara back in this episode and having absolutely nothing to counter with when everyone tells her it isn't a good idea to how she is actually a liability in the field cos after some boxing training she now thinks she is a superhero.

Although at least they actually showed her being a bit sh!t when it came to villain fights.

I've just got through the first three seasons in the last 3 weeks. This bit with Laurel has been really bugging me.

She gets the crap kicked out of her by a thug in an alleyway and a few days later is holding her own no problem and three highly trained League of Assassin members!

And also through out the three seasons her take two steps forward, dramatic pause, shoulders back, chest out, big intake of breath annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd cut to next scene!

What really bugged about her fighting skills is that, in season 1, they had her dismantle a scummy in the nightclub in front of Tommy and Olly. It was an obvious tease to Canary prob long before they realised they had a universe anchoring show.

Then proceed to making her a complete liability

    Another average episode of Arrow.

But Talia :) and a new Black Canary was a good way to end the episode.
