Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Love Rift, about ****ing time it was back. Get rid of Clash, and just rotate Rift and Control.

    Solo queueing rift can be a horror show. At least people play the objective in Clash.

    I find Rift the easiest solo mode. A lot more scope for one person to make up for poor team mates

    Well Rift was a pile of pool last night. 8 games played, 2 wins. Blergh.

    On the plus side I got nearly all the bounties done - including the Shaxx weekly. Only the one with the points for winning/losing left on my titan. No weapon drops in any of the 8 games though - class items, 1 helmet and 1 leg dropped for me.

    We had a good win on Pantheon when I joined up with the lads, started poorly but turned it around on the third spark and won handily enough from there. The match on 618 was horrible though, spawn locked for most of the match, a heavy defeat. Oh well.

    Hope to get on for some more tonight. Maybe get a few wins, the medalions keep on piling up!

    we needed 100% better call outs. (though i didn't play with ye on CoD map).

    Played it once last night on my solo queuing - lost by 2k I think, I actually had a good bit of fun on it. Had a wonderful moment where I assisted 3 kills on the way to the rift (would say I did most of the damage on each) followed by a four player titan smash kill on the rift to clear it out. Stopped the oppo spark runner twice as well. Still lost, but was an ok match.

    That game right afterwards in Sector 618 was unplayable. Whole team was lagging. Like all 12 players had Yellow (or Red) bars. Was a total mess. God that was frustrating.

    Enjoyed my return to Destiny after my mini break and the 3 games I played before Virgin decoded I'd had enough! Busy busy with December boozing so will only get to play Friday and Sunday I'd say.

    Bounties are piss easy at least, got all 4 done in about 2hrs. Rift is so much better than Clash, it's not even fair.

    Got to 383. I'd say > 90% of people were 400 which wasn't great. Got my groove back though, those warlock gloves are outrageous.

    Scout Rifle looks like a decent roll
    Braced Frame , (the one that gives you more bullets) and hidden hand


    Have one like it though except my middle perk is snapshot

    Played 16 games in Iron Banner so far and only got the one weapon drop - a truly crap roll on the Distant Star. RNG not liking me this time around.

    I've had 1 Scout drop and both of my packages gave me Sidearms :pac: woeful stuff

    Wouldn't bother with the Scout or Fusion anyway tbf

    My IB so far, not too much lag except for one game where half the team were red-bars and they were the ones to pick the spark, at least that game didnt last long. Got a good few distant stars to drop, but not really my gun so couldnt tell ya if the rolls are worth it.

    More so than anything in this IB its the amount of post game messages you get, never understood it why bother.

    yup, its not like I'm an mlg pro or USMC rated sniper, in fact I've only ever had 1 snipe in crucible.

    I think the worst ever was some guy last year during SRL just sent me "c**t" , I replied "??" and got worse back. block , report and move on.

    Half way through level three and have three bounties to cash in. do they still go up in exp on the Monday before IB is over?

    Also, went on a horrific losing streak. Think we lost 14 or 15 games straight before we won.
    and the one we won, I ended up carrying the team, ended up with double the points of anyone else on either team. Then it was back to losing mostly, poxy red bars.

    Actually shot a guy and seen his health go back up as I was emptying the clip into him...

    There is no increase rep over time any more. Cash them in whenever you want. They also will not carry over till the next IB so no point saving them

    Had some really good games last night and some truely awful ones. The connection issues in some of the games were crazy,never knew that was such a problem.

    Found i was either in a team that stomped the opposition or a team that got stomped. Not many close games

    Most have adapted the Iron Banner. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see any drops until I was Rank 5 and by then it was only Pub Stomping.

    Not true. I had a single bounty complete from last IB and when I logged in yesterday it was still complete.

    Been off ill all week so had a chance at this. Destiny is much more enjoyable after a break I find. Just hit rank 5 and after getting 2 sidearms from my packages the game decided to finally RNGSUS me when I completed the level 5 quest with this:

    Clever Dragon with Red Dot - Smallbore - HCR - Counterbalance. Lovely, HCR may knock by Grasp out of its slot..

    Also got more assists than any man has ever gotten ever (possibly due to being ~380 light?)

    HCR on the dragon is very nice allright, using one last night on my warlock (last character to move off auto rifles to high fire pulses). Took me a while to get used to the sights, I just prefered the ones that are on the grasp.

    I've got smallbore/HCR/hidden hand on mine, but I think rangefinder if possible might be better than hidden hand.
