I'm just trying to figure out if I'm being the Mr.P I'm trying not to be this year with Arnautovic or not.

Shaqiri could have scored all his goals for a while. Although the one chance I recall Arnie having was set up by Shaq, who was on the halfway line.

Cheaper. "In form". Price rises. Ownership. It should be the Swiss but I think Arnie is a better pick.

The 0.9 saved could do a lot for my defence/Benteke replacement though.

*Johnny Walters enters from stage left* :pac:
If I was going Stoke it would be Arnie

Does anyone know what the story with Zuninga for Watford is? He started at the weekend but didn't start the weekend before, he seems to play one week then could be dropped for the next two. He has a habit of coming off the bench so don't want to start him and for him to end up with one point.

Just go for Britos if you can't afford Holebas

Go on, post them up so we can laugh afterwards. Every so often I'll find a plan a month or so later and think "what was I thinking"

Here you go.. Plan is/was to go from this:

    Heaton Pickford
    Lovren Stones Amat Holebas A.Smith
    Sterling Sanchez Walcott Firmino Fletcher
    Deeney Lukaku Aguero

    to

    Heaton Pickford
    Bellerin Alonso Alderweireld Holebas A.Smith
    Chadli Walcott Firmino Whelan Fletcher
    Costa Lukaku Aguero

I've already done Sterling to Chadli, and I'm weighing up a Sanchez to Mane next week for double Pool mids for a few weeks before eventually downgrading one of them.

Seems locked in a rotation with Amrabat, a bit like spurs do. The Watford fans might know more but could be a home/away thing.

I brought him in on my wildcard 4 gameweeks ago but I think I got him mixed up with Britos when I did it :pac:

Capoue and Stones out for De Roon & Fuchs, building cash reserve to upgrade a Siggy or Rashford soon.

Will have to transfer out Snodgrass this week. Redmond and Stanislas my two choices. Redmond playing the harder teams but has a few home games and is my first choice. Risk of Europa League intrusion and Boufal appearing too though.

    Any love for Victory Moses?

I think he is effectively playing the same role as Alonso so for an extra 0.4 you can have the clean sheet points too.

Not a bad point, looking for a Snodgrass replacement.

Thinking Redmond/Shaq (already have Allen) or getting in a 4.3 and upgrade Allen next week

As soon as Southampton are finished in Europe I'll be bringing Redmond straight back in.

    Anyone considering Pedro?

Thinking of going all in on Pool. Thoughts on a 4 pointer for Costa, Redmond and Francis > Deeney, Firmino and Lovren? Already have Cout.

I feel with Deeneys fixtures in the next four I'm not losing much (if anything) switching from Costa to him and Firmino and Lovren look like a significant upgrade on what's going out.

Could just leave the midfield switch and bring in Deeney and Clyne for free that leaves me with a couple of million in the bank which never feels good!

I wouldn't be in a rush to get Lovern in. I brought him in 2-3 weeks ago and regret it. Liverpool seem to have a real knack of conceding goals even though they don't concede many chances.

His goal against Utd was his first shot on target of the season!

Just Deeney and Firmino is a possibility too. They certainly have a knack of letting one sneak by.

Think I'll carry my FT for the first time this season after 3 -4 in a row. Want rid of Capoue and Son but struggling to see any long term alternatives atm. Will hopefully upgrade Son and Lallana to Coutinho/Firmino and AN Other next week

He has threes assists though on top of that goal in 262 minutes of football. He clearly appears to be first choice and given his sides recent performance and the fact he has very little tracking back to do these days he could be quite the find? I think he's looking like a fantastic option at 7.1 million.

How is he first choice if he has only played 263 minutes of football?

Would be worried when Willian comes back he gets bombed out

If he holds his place he is a fantastic option due to his career stats for goals . If he held his place I'd class him as a 10 million mid in FF. I wonder if willian could end up taking moses place which would be good for Pedro.I'd consider it too early to move for him due to rotation fears and Chelsea don't have great fixtures.

Yeah Pedro would be a fantastic option if nailed and in an attacking team (under Klopp for example).

    262;)

Because of the form he and Chelsea have been in in the last few games. Willian was mostly in the team for work rate, under this new formation Conte's front three are primarily focused on attack and in an attacking sense Pedro is vastly superior.

Quick question, have you watched the most recent Chelsea games?

Hasn't Willian missed out due to the death of his mam? you are underestimating him as a player

I watched the United game, and have listened to podcasts with Chelsea fans praising Willians performance this season. I think he will be in the team but the question is if it is instead of Moses or Pedro

Sure if Pedro keeps his place and gets attacking returns this gw, we may just add him to the midfield options wheel of bingo, there's so many there already why not one more

If you're comparing players on potential attacking returns, there is no contest between the two if they are both on form. Willian is a decent player, but in terms of attacking talent Pedro is way better and I feel this new system could suit him.

If we all had the same opinion the game would be sh*te :)

For 7.6m, Sané could be a good option to have, not sure if he is guaranteed to start though

I've been fairly set all week to bring in Alli for Payet, but looking at Eriksen who has surprisingly got better stats as well as set pieces.

Mata interesting but a bit too short term.

Probably doing Puncheon to Shaq for -4 too.

I'm looking to get rid of Eriksen for literally anybody :-)

Had him for about 5 weeks...1 assist is the sum total of his output. Not worth the money imho
