    I'm bored already.

Oh for God sake, not another show about this. Look, it's quite simple. After a certain period, an inactive phone number will be put back into a list of available numbers. Now get the f*ck over it.

Joe showing enormous restraint by not asking "and how did she dye?" within the first 2 mins of de show, so to speak.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,846 ✭✭✭✭somesoldiers

If they give the number to someone else it will wipe the photos off the phone....old fella logic

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,829 ✭✭✭✭Dan Jaman

Oh, ffs, just delete the number from your phone and never use it again.
It really couldn't be more simple.

    Joe: It's my diction.

That's actually the main problem with the show Joe.

He rings his late wife's number?
Is he expecting her to answer?

If it was locked by fingerprint it would probably be easiest to exhume the body so to speak.

He's building the caller to a crescendo then he'll get the 'killer 'question in ,so to speak

He's wanting the photos from the phone?
Hand it to a passing 13year old - accompany it with an offer of smokes or something, and it'll be done in five minutes.

Would Eir fit a landline to your grave if you gave them the right money?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,829 ✭✭✭✭Dan Jaman

    Oh, fer gawd's sake.
Why do some people think these numbers are personal for life, and into the grave?

These people are just latching on to nonsense and need counselling

Wasn't it a couple of weeks ago he had the Freudian slip and said in a slightly jovial voice...

"And here's another story about death."

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,187 ✭✭✭Living Off The Splash

And do you keep de clothes and de shoes of de dead person in a wardrobe or suitcase under de bed so to speak?

What would they reply to the texts received..."Sorry I am dead..so to speak"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,477 ✭✭✭Oops69

If a phone number was worth say €100 individually , they'd be flogged off in 2 seconds flat after the death .

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,846 ✭✭✭✭somesoldiers

    Oh God another ridiculous suggestion

Not me anyway. Anytime I see my former car driving around, (which I do regularly), I go Yipee, I'm glad someone else has that load of shoite!

Reminds me of the fellas passing the grave of their old pal, Pat. The recent storm had partly knocked over the headstone, so one of them tied it up with a bit of wrecked phone wire.
The following week, Joe met them in the High St. He said, "Pat's doing well, I see he's got the phone in, now."

I honestly think that it's Joe who needs counselling in relation to his fixation with death.

If it's not an Eye Phone it should just be a case of connecting the phone to a computer to get the photos off it.
