Anyone got any feedback on this team? had vardy and Ramsay firmino instead if ibra and lamela but someone made the point if ibra started well you'd struggle to get him back in which I feel is a good shout.

finished second on the last day of my pay league last year after leading from day 1. never been in with a chance. Kinda like leicester but bottled it

Hoping to make a good start again and win it this year

I really like that team. I imagine your bench must be quite weak too though?

I have something very similar (I was very keen to get Hazard, Mahrez and Kun) and I'm also torn on Ibrahimovic. Vardy looks very tempting up against Hull City in the horrors, but like you I'm afraid to go without Ibrahimovic

Not bad. I've a very similar line up (see bold above for differences) with identical players or players with same squad.

Had Ibrahimovic & Silva in there at one point but didn't have the coverage in goal.

Not sure on Friend or Lamela to be honest.

Shaw or Valencia? Tough one!

yeah it's the fear of missing out. like when you don't pick Aguero and then the deadline passes...oh no what have I done

yeah agree on that. will shaw be definitely starting? I can't remember if he was good for southampton for points returns.

I dunno I just have it in my head valencia getting forward and getting an assist.

Lamela yeah hmm any other 7.5 options that are worth a punt?

Too much spent on defense, perhaps downgrade Alderweireld and upgrade Fischer?

Eriksen, Sanchez, Silva, Redmond (Routledge)
Kun, Costa, Gray

Any thoughts? Main doubts over Fry and Routlege but quite happy (for now!) with the rest. Really want to have 3 mainstays in MF (Eriksen, Sanchez and Silva) and 2 mainstays up top (Kun, Costa) and then work around that.

Serious work being put in by some posters in here as regards giving advice.. fair play!

Planning after Burnley game to get Ozil for Mane or see how Hazard is playing. If hazard does well I can get him in for Mane. Other option is Benteke if he goes to palace. Will downgrade Aszp eventually to afford debruyne or Sanchez whomever is in form. Williams will obviously play once he is match fit.

Going to swap out Vardy to Costa after week one and more than likely Mkhitrayan to Payet when he is back

Thanks for the feedback lads.

I think I'm settled on this for now from reading other people's thoughts on here

Foster / Jaku - Template - no further thoughts needed

Valencia / Stones / Souare / Amat / Friend - Template apart from Valencia who I just think is going to do well under Mourinho versus Shaw but I could be wrong

Mahrez - Want Leicester cover for Hull and have 0.5 in bank for Hazard if required
Deulofeu - Think he will play up front and always thought he was a quality player
Firmino - Liverpool cover and will hopefully play as a false 9
Tadic - Only one I'm not sure about - Think Redmond could be better value and allow an upgrade elsewhere
Capoue - Template

Ibra / Aguero / Gray - Template

It's really the midfield and Valencia/Shaw that leaves me with more questions than answers!

I'd consider changing Dier + Kante to a 6m and 4.5m Mid Combo.
Those 2 are DMs and wont get many attacking returns.
