Coutinho or Firmino is what I'm down to. Coutinho a guaranteed starter? Going with Redmond over Tadic to accommodate one of them.

Firmino i'd say will start up front for the Arsenal match anyway, coutinho will start too

Took Ibra out for Vardy... hull makes it too tempting and he's captain too. Mahrez in there too.
Have €3.5 in the bank so I'll prob go wildcard in GW 3 i think

Silva will play deep, better value elsewhere in that price range imo. 3.5 in the bank is mental for Gw1, doesn't make any sense to hold that much. Upgrade Allen with the 3.5.

Silva --> Hazard + Allen--> Ayew/Lamela

Good team, you have to make some sacrifices. You can get United/Arsenal/Chelsea coverage fairly easily, don't see any of them going huge in GW1 anyway. Keeping the 0.5 makes sense.

I have not made any permanent changes to my team since last weekend
I'm now in full on panic mode :S

Settled on this:

Foster | (Jakupovic)
Valencia | Stones | Van Dijk | (Amat) | (Koné)
Hazard | Lamela | Redmond | Firmino | (Capoue)
Aguero | Ibra | Gray

Bottled the Aguero, Ibra & Vardy front line as I predicted I would during the week. Plan on wildcarding in GW3 unless everything is roses. Slight risk with Stones+Amat+Koné given Amat isn't a cert to play and Stones/Koné transfer situations. Was going to transfer Koné to Friend but don't see Boro having many cleanies for first few weeks.

Have almost the same squad... defence identical, but went for 352 with Alli/Townsend/Vardy/4.5 striker instead of 442 with Lamela/Ibra/Gray/4.5 mid

yeah no Hazard is a part of that i don't like...

but i like the rest

Oscar a little bit of a risk but looks good value to start the weekend and Chelsea's first 3 fixtures are nice - looks like he might be on pens too

2 Swansea lads for 4.0 look good to start the weekend you never know there could be some price rises there as players scour for a starting 4.0

that's what i'm on now. the question is dare i leave it that way

Vardy could fill his boots GW1 by the sounds of things. Can't bring myself to take out Ibra though... at least the Leicester game is an early kick off so I won't be sweating all day tomorrow

Bit of messing around but finally there I think.

I had got
Cech, Evans, Williams and Alli in there but changed today to
Foster, Azpi, Amat and Mahrez

I think it's very well balanced and I'm really only gambling on Feghouli and Gray so fingers crossed at least one of them pays off.

Right I think I'm finally done after a few changes:

Valdes
Stones Valencia Morgan
Hazard Firmino Tadic Deulofeu
Aguero Vardy Gray

Jak Evans Capoue Amat

Changed from Foster to Valdes and Friend to Evans as I prefer Boro's first 4 to West Brom's. Evans can slot in for nice fixtures then where Morgan or Stones have tricky ones. Had Shaw all along up until 5 minutes ago but just fancy Valencia to get more attacking returns and though he might be a rotation risk, don't think Darmian is much competition for him.

There will be Ibra fear on Sunday no doubt but hopefully Vardy will score at least one so I won't be sweating too much.

I would only go with 1 of Stones/Morgan and perhaps even a 4M def in their stead.

You need to save money on your defence so that your not starting Whelan.

What are thoughts on getting both Redmond and Tadic in the team?

Im looking at

Hazard Mahrez Tadic Redmond Jedinak
Aguero Vardy Negredo

With .5m in the bank and further .5m possibly left from defense.

Few thoughts
1) Gray seems to be the obvious choice at 6.5m strker but he has such a high owner %. If he doesnt get off to a good start and one of the other 6.5m strikers does he could see a price hit. Having a 6.4m striker really sucks! So Im gonna chance Carroll or Negredo. Both are already proven in the EPL.

2) Having both Tadic and Redmond. They wont block eachother as they will be in different positions. Tadic is arguably the best value in the 7-8m bracket. I thnk he just shades it over Lamela, Siggy. Redmond is arguably the best value in the <6.5m bracket. He will start and most likely up front in a good team as a MF. It might seem counter intuitive but if they are the best value in each price bracket then having both seems fine.

I think the first few weeks are best to play proven scorers. New signings for big prices doesnt make much sense to me. Too big a gamble early. With this set up I still have some good options. I can downgrade Mahrez to Firmino/Eriksen/siggy/silva or any that emerge from chelsea/arsenal. Or move laterally to Mikki/Matial once we see how utd set up. Marhrez I have most confidence in to start consistently but I dont think he will be in my team long.

I also dont think Vardy will be either. I will most likely either have to go with Ibra/Kane if one of thems blows up. Or most likely I will downgrade to Costa/Lukaku once they settle and can see whos best value.

Yeah tadic and Redmond for gw1 with a view to moving tadic on for Siggy 2 has crossed my mind BUT hate having a pre planned transfer and would not want to start both away to United ........

You'd have both away to United in GW2 which is the big problem with going with both.

Usually not a fan of pre planned xfers incase of injury/form risks.

But this doesnt seem too big a risk. I assume Redmond will play GW2 aswell.
