Quick remix I did this morning:

You've matched Golding's vocal in very well I must say. The whole track is implemented impressively but in terms of my opinion, it's a travesty to replace the original vocals with her. That's not a dig at your work, just a fervent defense of a track that should never be touched :D (I'm old enough to remember the original :P) . . . maybe you are as well in fairness

Lush opening pads and great body in the bassline. Kick sounds like it's missing a little bit of mid-to low. Nothing major. Nice melodies through with the string/synths complimenting each other nicely.

    Thanks Mordeith :)

Point duly noted but it oddly enough works.

ps. I'm old enough too to remember, bring back those years of music I say, todays stuff just doesn't cut it.

I like it, very 80's sounding. I agree with Mordeith about the kicks but apart from that it sounds great :)

Good production. Nice squelchy bassline and the sax works pretty well. Not a massive fan of the vocal but thumbs up overall.

New remix from myself. I tried to be a bit more experimental with this one
than the house/techno stuff I've been making recently. Going for a chill out hiphop vibe with this

Hey lads, i'd love to know what ye think of this track so far. Recently moved house too so i'm adjusting to the dynamics of the new room so the mix might be a bit crazy sounding..

Soundcloud decided to take this down for bull**** reasons. I'm working on a completely different version now

I like it. Especially when it starts to kick in at the end, nice build up with the main synth and I like that little bit of grit in the middle. Overall production is great, sounds very clean.

Intro has a feeling of old skool rave pads. Snare culd maybe do with a bit of brightening in the EQ sense.
Great body in the bass and nice layering with the stabs. Might benefit from extra hi-hat percussion (like a 16th note with shuffle).

I like it.....it could do with some shuffle on the snare (shuffle isn't a technical term that means anything, but some flim, flams, and rolls, around the back beat on the snare would make it more, more....(flim, flams, and rolls, are technical terms......in drumming))

Hey lads! This track was put together fairly quickly although it's still a work in prog. I'm having second thoughts about the vocal arrangement, any feedback there would be great. Also, I'd like to start throwing out a few demos, any tips/ tricks on getting in touch with labels, etc? I'm wondering if they'd be looking for anything specific in relation to the track/ artist. :pac:

Usual high standard of production. Well implmented vocal and great old skool melody. Not fully convinced about the bass sound used from the break at 0.32

Minimal tech vide going on here. Might be a bit too much low end on the kick for me. Some nice fx hits and good use of keys/tabs to keep interest.

    Fairly new at this craic.

Production needs a lot of work evidently, any feedback (good or bad) would be greatly appreciated!
