    Thanks. Been readin AH section over her shoulder for years (which bugs the sh*t outta her), but never really thought to join. Whopper site (especially for folk outta the loop) for current/general affairs.
    Ah i love me oul Datsun. Dont hate now- Only 16'000 genuine miles on it- All paperwork to prove.

    Its an 1986 318i that was registered on 1st Oct 1986. Its a Dublin reg and spent all its life around the Rathmines area until I bought it in Feb 2005 as a non-runner. Turned out to be wiring issues. I think it was €600 I paid for it but can't remember 100%. I'm the 5th owner. It had 124,000 on it when I bought it and only has just over 131,000 miles now. It still has its original windscreen and radio but the radio spits out the tapes....prob a spring or something gone.

    All I've done is weld both jacking points at the front and replaced the central locking ecu and clutch slave cylinder and put four new shocks on it.
