    How can someone buy a brand new car and then drive around in it, if i bought one, i wouldnt be able to feed myself for a few years, never mind put fuel in it.

    Also i would be afraid that i would scratch it

    I was looking at a Michael Hartnett poem, which got me thinking: Does anyone in Ireland write poetry anymore? Is there any culture around poetry, do people write short stories anymore?

    I would have thought that was obvious. People aren't crazy about the idea of death, either for themselves of their loved ones and anything which promises an escape from unending oblivium gets people's attention.

    Plus if your very stressed over something that you have no control over, having a big handed cloudy mega ghost in the sky to solve it is the only get out of jail free card

    I bet a lot of religious people were in this situation, and i have sympathy for them
