Can I ask as a reader but not a contributor why has the new charter not been implemented?
The new Radio Forum Charter is now live, please read before posting.
1. A presenter's show and performance can be critiqued, but personal abuse will not be tolerated (appearance, accent, personal life, their family etc). We are not excluding gentle mocking so follow the "Don’t be a dick" rule and don't post anything defamatory or likely to cause offence.
There is an active mod on the forum who posts things like:

Mod Note: 10/02/2025A final notice to all posters - we've had years of you commenting on a man's accent. There's nothing new or original left to say. Can you drop it now please and discuss the content of the show. There will be no further reminders on this. A new charter is in place. Warnings and forum bans will be issued from now on.The forum is still a sewer despite the proposed changed.
