    The first one that comes to mind was the Velo Solex. A very very lethal yoke that could only be contemplated on a dry summer day. Even the humble H50 ( mid 60's ) was several orders of magnitude safer than a Solex !

    The amount of heavy stuff high up ( engine etc ) had a lot to answer for

    edit : anyway it was 2 stroke so now would only get passed 'cause its, er, Vintage
