3rd Irish try and the BP is still on.

France lead 21-5 in the other game.

Young lads bringing back the glory days of the kick and rush.

    Love it.

Scottish underage rugby is in a bad place. These lads are very game, but their basic handling skills and decision making is well below the the standard required to go to the pros.

    Yes Bonus point try!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,478 ✭✭✭Shehal

Okay the scrum has massively turned around this half.

    And finally the BP!

Tom Currie v Dan Sheahan is like a lineup from some unlicensed video game

Well done to Ireland. Found it very tough going against a committed Scotland, but broke through that resistance with excellent ball retention and constant pressure.

Just punched Scotland out of the game.

Tracey is a tidy player, he is quick

    Finn Treacy has been good

The subs and a tired team changed that match. Great to back themselves and keep going at the end for the try.

    Bench made a massive difference.

Fair play for going from their own try line to score a try when they probably didnt need to.

For all the criticism I've had of this side one thing I can't fault them on is ambition. That score probably rules out the possibility of PD coming into the equation.

Fair play to Ireland, playing on after the 80th minute when they could have kicked it dead, but instead went the length of the field for a 5th try.

Good win to be fair, can’t complain about the score line even if they weren’t at their best. Hopefully France can do the business now.

I didn't think Ireland would win 36-0 when it was only 7-0 with a good chunk of the second half gone. Well done to them

Patreece Bell seemed to have a huge impact when he came on.

I thought Edogbo was immense in the last 10 minutes, wasn't sure he would last the game but he seemed to be getting stronger as game progressed. Move to 8 seemed to help.

Mental game the France England one at the moment.

FFS France. That's the 4th try. France have to win now

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,523 ✭✭✭blackwhite

Don’t know how TMO didn’t even ask the ref to take a look at that - looked to be a yard out of the line before French scrum half lifted that ball

Tbh I always felt a win for England would be enough, this isnt the sort of game England were ever winning without a TBP being scored.

France not great to be honest, if they were away to England they would be trashed. Home crowd keeping them going but desperate for them to win

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 7,957 ✭✭✭fitz

    Last pass was forward surely.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,154 ✭✭✭A-Train

France are not the best and I don’t have much faith for them holding on here.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,639 ✭✭✭Jump_In_Jack

Virgin Media Two showing the final 20 minutes of Fra v Eng.

    Teams tied at 31-31,

Both teams have the bonus point.

This will decide the championship if England can win it!

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,112 ✭✭✭letowski

    Not looking good unfortunately.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,154 ✭✭✭A-Train

England will pull away now. France are big lads but no brains at all.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,478 ✭✭✭Shehal

France have absolutely no interest in helping us out here it seems.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,321 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Feck sake France you were 21-5 up.
