    Are they legally obliged to have these people (Philomena, anyway) out every year so they can tell them how great they are?

    It's staggering that 75% of the people who are on this are the same every year.

    The other 25% are Nathan Carter and Una Healy. Are they okay?

    Seems to be popular in the less vibrant pockets of the country.

    Hand in hand with rally driving popularity really.

    If you look at the hotels that host these country nights, they are ones that haven't really modernised.

    Look is what it is - why I love and hate Late Late - once a year will do.

    Show is really unbelievably shorter - like there was little or no interview with anyone - even one who won award.

    Strange show. Show very dumbed down lately.

    Very badly produced show by the Late Late team. Felt like singers weren't given time to do a full song. RTE should drop this country music special if they can't make an entertaining show out of it.

    Anyone know why they only sing a small part

    3 ladies literally sang for 30 seconds..never came across that in any show ..pub ..gig ..house ever ...

    It is meant to be a show of professional singers

    I don't have a TV signal at the moment so I watched it on the Player. When it finished I started scrolling around and spotted that the Two Jonnies were back with a new series so I watched that as well.

    I don't know which show was the worst but it was the biggest waste of three hours on a Friday night I've ever spent in my life.
