Marc O'Cathasaigh Greens Waterford asked Noel Kelly why monies paid from his second company CMS contracting (sic) as opposed to Noel Kelly management, and said RTE asked him to pay from his second company. But can't explain why that would be. All very odd, but adds to suggestion of hiding things where possible from point of view of RTE.
