Apparently the ball landed other side of fence but that area is part of course and temp fence not a marker for OB.

With the back 9 playing much harder and the added pressure I’d say 6 under gets you in a playoff at the minimum anyway.

Not a golfer so not sure about etiquette but I've seen de chambeau get pissed off at a few bad putts and then walk across the putting path of his playing partner to get his ball outta the hole. Pretty sure that's poor etiquette? Presume it spikes their putting path to the hole?
