You wake up to see how Lowry is doing and suddenly Mcilroy is sneaking up near the top. Its amazing how often he makes a run from nowhere. Very few golfers can do that.

I think the pro am is the Monday after the Irish Open finishes. I think the turn out could be quite poor for the Irish Open this year.

Many will play JPs gig. Scottish is on later that same week which is co sanctioned for Fedex and Race to Dubai so will be a bigger draw than usual and then they have the open at St. Andrews. I think it is unlikely that many US based players will play Irish Open, JP's Pro AM, Scottish Open, Open Championship in a row.

Can't go any lower either, plenty of tricky holes to navigate but yeah good opportunity to win a win so early in the season. Clutch finish from Hovland, only matter of time before he bags a few majors.
