Saitama - Kagoshima would have got it as the colours are bolder, but that little piece missing from the crescent is really off-putting.

Saitama - very unusual design. I might have preferred the Kagoshima flag had the red and black been reversed.

Kagoshima as QB said bolder, that piece missing from the crescent intrigues me. It makes me mark it up rather than down.

Kagoshima- I like it. It's a map of the region with a volcano in the centre. Volcanoes spew out all sorts of magma and lava and stuff. That definitely beats some petals. The black stands out more than the red too.

Aichi - I like the background colours of both, so it comes down to the symbols in the middle. I find the rounded symbol on the Aichi flag more pleasing to the eye than the rather spiky one on the Iwate flag.

Iwate for me, I like the symbol on the other one but I love the shade of... teal (because maybe it's green, but really I think it is blue )

Iwate for this round. Nicer colour for me and you don't often see symmetry on a flag, or I don't anyway, but it is a nice distinctive feature.
