I like the symbol is off centre and I also note if that wasn't a silky, I doubt I could overlook the orange in your face colour

I like the devilish Oita but Fukushima use of orange is unusual and the symbol off of the axis

Hyogo, I like the sky blue and white. Also its one of the few flags that doesn't look like the flag of futuristic mega corp that's involved in building dodgy cyborgs and genetic engineering.

Yellow fringed white emblem on blue field. The emblem is stylized Katakana characters of Chiba ( chi = チ ha = ハ ) which represents progress of Chiba. Blue stands for hope and progress, yellow for prefecture flower rape blossoms.

Hyogo
White stylized Kanji character of Hyo of Hyogo in wavy shape on blue field. White stands for brightness and honesty and blue for Japan sea and Setouchi sea.

I suppose it feels like more effort went into Chiba so I'll vote there
