    Roundup is NOT safe, I've read plenty of the science.

    roundup not as good as you think. Was going to Spain for three months. lovingly tended to all my flowers and plants fed manured etc etc. had a fuchsia which was encroaching onto driveway.
    Drilled holes into the roots, branches and put root out and roundup into the holes. when i came back the plants were dead and the fuchsia was flourishing.
