    Rubbish from the ref. Nowhere in the laws concerning that. He made the tackle and it was high. That's what counts.

    The difference is that Neville/Adamson bottled it a bit. It's clearly a tackle and its clearly high.

    If he is standing still then he isn't tackling. He isnt actually in the act of tackling at any point. If its not a tackle then its not a high tackle.
